Defensive Sweeping (Peaked 1400 B/W DW)

Hey Guys, just tried out this team ive been testing for awhile and I got pretty far with it, so i was looking for some ways to make it better as no team is without a couple problems, so check it out and tell me what you think.

485.gif
@ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Lava Plume
- Stealth Rock
- Earth Power
- Roar

I went with Specially defensive tran to lead, he is usually a really good counter to all the lead genesects running around in DW, and hes really good at completely walling sun teams and setting up rocks, plus he can phaze and burn things, so I had to go with him.

497.gif
@ Leftovers
Trait: Contrary
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Fire]

This Guy rocks, he has little to no counters except for dragons and heatran, and its just a snowball effect as soon as he gets started and is usually only stopped by tran or blissey to which I can just sub seed to death and get rid of them. He usually fuctions as a late game sweeper, as I go about wearing the other team down as much as possible and eliminate his counters then he just comes in and sweeps, his weaknesses also correlate with tran pretty nice.

113.gif
@ Eviolite
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Toxic
- Softboiled
- Seismic Toss

So I was very in need for a special wall, and who other than chansey to do the job, not really much to say about her, you guys know how she works.

472.gif
@ Toxic Orb

Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 184 Def / 80 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Swords Dance
- Protect

Needed a fighting resist and a solid thing to switch out blissey to, so I went with gliscor, as he has the ability to practically wall the other half of the metagame that blissey can't. He's such a good counter to alot of stuff, so why not pick him? The Evs are to outspeed opposing gliscor as well as people trying to beat those speed creeping on me as well. Plus 244 HP Evs allows for max poison heal number.

080.gif
@ Leftovers
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Scald
- Slack Off
- Psyshock
- Calm Mind

So with my wall tandem i've noticed I was a bit weak to Keldeos and physical ice attackers like cloyster, so I decided to add slowbro with the good synergy with gliscor as well as to help take fighting attacks if gliscor ever goes down. I made him physically bulky to supplement the fact that he has calm mind, which can boost his defenses damn high. And then he can procede to sweep. Slowbro has very good synergy with this team.

534.gif
@ Leftovers
Trait: Guts
EVs: 120 HP / 252 Atk / 136 SDef
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Bulk Up
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Payback

Last but not least, is conk. I was in need for both a bulky fighting type as well as a good priority user, so conk fit the role perfectly, he can usually come in on a crunch aimed at slowbro and grab a few bulk ups and then just go to town. He is also a late game sweeper, coming in when the foes espeon or gliscor is down.

Alright guys well thats my team, so I hope you enjoyed the read, and can help me out. I do have a couple threats which are kind of annoying. And those are:

Calm Mind Reuniclus: Can usually grab a few boosts and sweep my entire team, my only counter to this thing is my own calm minding slowbro, and pretty much the only hope I have is to get in a calm minding war and hope I crit first. But other than that, my only counter is maybe heatran, who could take a hit and phaze, but overall my team has a pretty big problem with this guy.

Techniloom: Oh my god I hate this stupid mushroom, I really cant do anything once breloom grabs a swords dance, which isnt that hard for him seeing as how only 2 of my pokes are faster, and he can come in on just about anything and wreck it. Gliscor is my only answer to this guy and I have to pray that bullet seed only hits 2 times when i'm 1 on 1 against him, because if gliscor goes down when breloom is at +2, its gg.

Those two are the big ones, but many times I do have problems when one of my core goes down. Because then I lose my near perfect coverage of the current metagame. Anyway, the main goal of this team is to weaken the opposing team until I take out their check to my pokes and then I can sweep.

Hope you enjoyed my team and Im looking forward to your comments. Thanks for reading!

I guess if you want to counter loom, try replacing conkeldurr (seems like the most useless thing) with phys def zapdos
Zapdos@ leftovers
Lightningrod
Bold nature
252 hp, 108 speed, 148 def
Discharge
Heatwave
Roost
Substitute/ hp ice
This set out speeds max speed jolly loom if my math is right, and resists both his stabs and blocks spore with subsitute. Heat wave does a minimum of exactly 100% to 12/0 breloom. You will still need to watch out for the possible stone edge though.
If you wanted to solve the reuniclus problem you could replace conkeldurr with cb scizor that carries bug bite.

Cool name btw

Id recommend changing your HP set on Serperior to HP Ice. The reason of this is that qith a quick glance on your team you notice that dragons give you a lot more trouble than the stuff you hit with HP Fire. Lets see, Forretress, Ferrothorn, Scizor, and other Steels mainly. The first 3 get decimated by you Heatran, and if you fear a Scizor Superpower you can go ahead and use Gliscor for him. Other Steels include Jirachi, Lucario, Bronzong, and say Metagross. Jirachi wont get past Chansey if its Calm Mind, or past Gliscor/Slowbro if its the defensive set. Lucario gets his massively by +2 Leaf Storm, and your Slowbro takes care of the physical version. Bronzong and Metagross wont get past Gliscor unless they have an Ice move, and you have Slowbro for them anyways. On the other hand, the dragons give you a lot of trouble. Salamence can single handedly tear you apart with any set, specially if your opponent got layers up. Latios can trick your only switch-in and then sweep you easily, while Dragonite is on the same position as Salamence.

Oh, your team is extremely Chandelure weak, Specs Chandelure will get in and kill 4/6s of your team and you cant switch out of it, so you have to be very very careful. Even Sub CM will get in on your Blissey and proceed to sweep you without problems. You can probably get rid of your Conkledurr to add something like Shed Shell Ferrothorn, who not only helps against dragons, but can get layers up so Chandelure doesnt completely destroys you everytime it switches in. Chandelure will always switch in on Ferrothorn, so you can just get Spikes up, and switch to Heatran, who can then Roar the switch-in or get SR up, meaning Chandelure starts to lose HP everytime it switches in. A set of Leech Seed/ Spikes / and a combination of 2 of Thunder Wave, Power Whip, Gyro Ball should do the work.
If you dont like Ferrothorn you can also go with Forretress, who does pretty much the same but also has the benefit of Rapid Spin, which is immense since pretty much all of your team is weak to layers.

About Reuniclus, I dont see a way to stop it without completely changing your team, youll have to stall it out with Slowbro.

Another idea I had is that you can probably also remove your Slowbro in exchange of a Specs Chandelure of your own. This will help you with Reuniclus as if I recall correctly you can OHKO it even when its at +1. This also helps a LOT with Breloom, as you can just let Forretress take the Sleep and go to your Chandelure to trap it and OHKO it. The main problem of this change is that you lose against Keldeo, who becomes an even bigger bitch. However, what you can do to fix this is remove Heatran instead of Slowbro. You retain a Fire Type, get a ghost to block Rapid Spin, and keep Slowbro to cover Keldeo. You lose SR this way, though, so you can just remove add SR over Leech Seed on Ferrothorn or over Toxic Spikes on Forretress to get it back.

I Recommend either a Calm Mind Latias > Slowbro or a Choice Scarf / Specs Latias > Slowbro.

I feel as though Slowbro is dead weight, he is a good wall yes, but he isn't offering you much and Latias does such a better job as a calm mind setup, plus this would get rid of your Clearly present Dragon type weakness.

Choice Scarf / Specs Latios (Choice scarf recommended) would give you a upper hand in certain situations as it can One Hit KO every Dragon type with Draco Meteor except a Dragonite at Full Hp w/Multiscale.

Also, Conkeldurr seems like more dead weight, not offering a lot in terms of Defensive structure.

Latias / Latios Sets.

Latios (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Draco Meteor
- Surf
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Psychic / Pyschock. (I Recommend Psychic because your team isn't Blissey / Chansey Weak.)

Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Psyshock
- Dragon Pulse
- Recover

Hmmm.... I do like the idea of adding latios/latias. But then i have nothing to counter things like machamp, mamoswine, cloyster, and i have an even bigger problem with ttar. Perhaps something else that i can add in place for conkeldurr?
