Defining height of stats

WHen people use terms such as "high attack" "low defense", what do we mean by low/high/ect'? Is 90 base high? Is 40 base low?

The "simple question/simple answer thread" is better suited for this kind of thing for future reference.

I would personally list about base 110 and higher as "high", lower than 80 as "low", and anything in between as "avarage".

This doesn't really apply to HP, however.

I don't think 80 can be considered a low when talking defensively. Because when calculate your defenses you also can/ have your to factor in Hp. While attack is factored in by itself. IMO 90+ Moderate- High (Sp)Atk and 80+ Hp/ (Sp)Def would be a Moderate - High defensivly speaking; An example of this is Crobat.
