Invalid Delibird Present "Gimmick Format"

I had an idea for a gimmick format for Pokémon Showdown Room Tournaments: Delibird's Jolly Christmas.

The format is as follows:

• Recall the Hitmonchan Rock-Paper-Scissors Gen 9 1v1 format. This format will operate similar to this format, which the only thing allowed is a select Pokémon with a set EV spread, moveset, item, and ability.
• This can be played in Pokemon Showdown Rooms, mostly around Christmas time since this is sort of like a Christmas-themed idea.
• Delibird Presents Christmas Pokepaste

Let me know if this idea already exists, as I do not know if this idea is already existing, but I could not let this idea go to waste.
