The /avatars and !avatars commands are restricted to global staff. Is there a reason for this? All avatars are already public knowledge, but if someone wants to view or broadcast a specific custom avatar, they would likely have to scroll down a Smogon thread. Avatar discourse isn't generally that uncommon (and admittedly it's pretty common if you're me) so I would imagine that this would be a pretty clear-cut quality of life improvement.
