Deoxys Speed Ev Spread Help

Alright i got a Modest Speed Deoxys. I want it to learn:

Psychic
T-Bolt
Ice Beam
Calm Mind

I was just wondering where to put some of the ev's. So far i got
252SpA/36Spe/ and i was wondering where to put the other 220. I was just going to put it in HP but i just wanted some opinions first. And i want to keep the 36Spe to outrun Choice Scarf Heracross.
 
60 HP / 252 SpA / 36 Speed / 160 SpDef is probably what I would use, but I don't know, that's a wierd set. 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Speed would probably work just as well.
