OK guys, here's my team. Constructive criticism is appreciated. But first, a preview:

OK, well here we go.

dpmfa482.png

Zelphyr (Azelf) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 156 Atk, 252 Spe, 100 Spa
Naive
-Explosion
-Stealth Rock
-Psychic
-Taunt

With the 252 speed evs, azelf's speed is brought up to 358, which allows it to outspeed most things that aren't scarfed. The idea is to set up stealth rock against offensive leads, or use taunt on anyone who tries to set up. An offensive lead would normally most likely ohko Zelphyr, so focus sash allows him to always be able to set up stealth rock and likely pull off an explosion.

Although it is outsped by Aerodactyl, Aerodactyl almost always taunts on turn 1, giving you an open psychic to get rid of 1/3 of his hp on average. This not only negates focus sash, but also makes aerodactyl think twice about staying in to try to set up Stealth Rock.

Whack a mole x3 (Dugtrio) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Arena Trap
EVs: 40 HP, 252 Atk, 216 Spe
Jolly
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Sucker Punch
-Aerial Ace

This guy has an amazing ability as a revenge killer. Arena trap prevents a switch and is very helpful against opponents locked into electric type moves. The STABBed Earthquake is my main move, but other than that he has amazing coverage as well. Sucker Punch is good when you know they're using priority moves, as it can be a nasty surprise. However, it won't ohko scizor, who will ohko Dugtrio with Bullet Punch otherwise.

dpmfa373.png

Yoshi (Salamence) @ Choice Band
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 Atk, 252 Spe, 8 Spa
Naive
-Aqua Tail
-Outrage
-Fire Blast
-Earthquake

As most people predict mixmence, this guy has some nasty surprises. Choice Band boosts the already great attack of Mence, and doesnt make you feel bad about locking yourself into a STABed Outrage. This guy really shines when Azelf gets Stealth Rock up. not only that, but it's easy to predict what his few counters are going to do: once he's confused, an easy switch to a wall ends the opponents thoughts of taking him out.

dpmfa437.png

Bell Bottom (Bronzong) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP, 86 Atk, 80 Def, 92 Spa Ivs: O Spe
Sassy
-Gyro Ball
-Hypnosis
-Explosion
-Earthquake

This guy is a great wall, and can put people to sleep then pound the switch in with attacks. Earthquake lures out Mence, who falls to Gyro Ball like any other fast sweeper. Earthquake can even take care of Heatran in a few turns. He is often who I switch in when the opponent threatens Mence, as ice attacks won't dent the living bell. When he runs low on HP, Explosion takes care of the opposition. Plus, the 86 Atk Evs give it a little extra kick.

dpmfa245.png

Dive Dog (Suicune) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Spe
Bold
-Calm Mind
-Surf
-Rest
-Sleep Talk

The standard Crocune set. When the opponent sends out a common sweeper, a few calm minds is all it takes to sweep an entire team. The sweeper will most likely not be able to crack Suicune; it will take a dedicated wall breaker. By that time, I have a few calm minds under my belt. Surf KOs anything that doesn't have water absorb or dry skin. If you get in trouble, rest then sleep talk to possibly get another kill. The greatest part is that Suicune has great defenses and is easy to switch in.

Zappow (Jolteon) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 Def, 252 Spe, 252 Spa
Timid
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Shadow Ball
-Signal Beam

When the water absorber is sent out, Jolteon makes short work of them. STABed Thunderbolt is good enough by itself, but is absolutely beastly with Choice Specs. Shadow Ball is great for coverage, and Hidden Power Ice for those Dragons who think you will T-Bolt them, so they switch into a ground type. Jolteon has a good speed stat, and thus can sweep what he needs to.

So, that's my team. Please rate and share your thoughts.

Hi and welcome to Smogon,

the concept of your team is ok, but I see some flaws, so here are some advices:

1) from what I can see, you're going to have problems with Blissey, because Salamence is the only pokemon which may seriously hurt her, and with SR down, and any other passive damage - read: Blissey's toxic - it's not going to last long. I'd advise to make Dugtrio a choice bander, this way you can actually 2hko Blissey with EQ, just beware not to switch into a toxic - or she may try to stall you with wish and protect. A choice band is also required to ohko Tyranitar and Jirachi.

2) I'd give Jolteon hidden power [grass]: dragons are already ohko'd by thunderbolt after SR damage - barring Flygon, but you have Bronzong for it, and with hp grass you can ohko Swampert which is among the few pokemons that can switch into specs Jolteon safely. Also, I'd replace shadow ball or signal beam with baton pass: "dry passing" can be extremely useful on a choiced Jolt; Jolteon forces a lot of switches and baton pass allows you to see what your opponent's counter for Jolteon is and act accordingly (for example: if they switch in Blissey or TTar you switch in Duggy for free and eliminate them with EQ)

3) You're quite weak to Lucario: Jolteon locked into everything but thunderbolt or Dugtrio locked into everything but EQ are a great opportunity for it to come in and set up, and after a SD it can really decimate your team. Salamence will fall to a +1 ES after 2 switch ins into SR, so that's definitely a threat to consider. Both SD and CB Scizor can be a problem as well. Now, to compensate this weakness, I'd suggest 2 changes:

-replace your suicide lead with a standard Jirachi lead:

Jirachi@leftovers
nature: jolly
EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spe
-iron head
-stealth rock
-fire punch
-u-turn

Jirachi has good durability and resists both ES and bullet punch while outspeeding and KOing both Scizor and Lucario with fire punch. Note that this is not a counter but a revenge killer for the aforementioned threats.

and

-replace Salamence with a bulky Gyarados:

Gyrados@leftovers
nature: adamant
EVs: 156 HP / 108 Atk / 100 Def / 144 Spe
-dragon dance
-waterfall
-bounce
-taunt / stone edge

note that I'm suggesting bounce because bulky grass types may be annoying - read: Celebi - and with bounce you can almost ohko it after a DD (bounce also allows extra recovery from leftovers). Bulky Gyara is a good check for both Lucario and Scizor, and can also be an excellent wall breaker.

Hope this helps.

Good luck!

Hey I was reading through your suggestions and I am very pleased. I just had one thought, on Bulky Gyarados is there any room to put in Outrage? Thanks by the way for the hard work you used to help me.

Just a simple correction:

Azelf with 252 EV's in spe with a spe boosting nature reaches 361, not 358. Your having 27 IV's in spe.

That is correct gold. Sorry, must've been a mathematical error on my part. Anyway, do you have any suggestions other than for me to double check my math?

Outrage on Gyara is really useless, it has no stab and doesn't provide any addictional coverage. Water/rock and water/flying give better coverage. Outrage also comes with the negative effects of locking you into that move and confusing you after the rampage ends.

Test the changes I suggested and then report here if they actually improved your team.

GL!

Thank you very much. I went and changed as you said, and now the team is even better. Thanks and your suggestions have already won me a few battles!

No error there cmurph. Those are for the Special attack as i said.

There's no reason to run SpA EVs on Bronzong when you're not using any special attack. I didn't point that out before just because I thought it was a typing mistake... Definitely move those EVs to SpD, unless you plan on using something like grass knot to deal with Swampert.
