Rejected /dexentry command

I suggest having a command that you can do for example /dexentry (pokemon) to tell what the description is like pikachu would be
When it is angered, it immediately discharges the energy stored in the pouches in its cheeks according to pokemon.com or you can add this to the /dt command so if i was two do /dt pikachu it would say this as well. thanks for all your time have a great day.
 
This doesn't seem like it serves much purpose on a competitive battling simulator, unless there are notable use cases being neglected right now? It's the kind of thing we'd just tell people to Google in the Help Room, at least.

well in rooms like game corner it would help quite a bit also in genral if you see a pokemon in a random battle and are just curios but ya not a idea that has to be done like now but it would be good imo
 
We've discussed this before, but we've never really done it since adding dex entries is a lot of work on the tech side for pretty minimal gain (they have no competitive use, after all).
I guess if it came up in a competitive context, but as it stands right now I don't really see the point. Gonna close this in the meantime.
