Welcome all to the second edition of the Draft Farm League! This tour will aim to mirror DCL as much as possible meaning that, if possible, will consist of 8 teams which will play 8 games per week in a round robin style tour. The top 4 teams will then battle it out in a playoffs bracket to crown our second DFL champions. This year's hosts are Hacker, OdinRM, and ComputerWhiz .

Draft boards for each tier can be found here. Please note that these are subject to change until auction day.

Manager signups are now open. Each team requires a manager and a co-manager. There will be a minimum of 11 players per team and a budget of 110k total for the auction. Managers will not be allowed to self-buy and must give every player they draft at least one game during the regular season. Manager signups should be in the following format:​

Why should the hosting team pick you?: I've successfully managed on numerous occasions, between UK in DLWC 1, my own league in PGP, and in BoB back in the day, with none of those teams ever going below .500, and I've historically always cultivated a healthy team environment, as numerous people who've played for me can attest. takuaa has experience managing in lesser known Discord team tours (including a PGP-esque tour where his team went undefeated) while also having stellar performances this past year with his breakout in DFL last year as well as his top 2 run this previous ORAS Cup,

Look, I can go on a pretty long list about my achievements, made top cut in winter seasonal drafting the loyal 3, went undefeated in DFL last season, qualified for last years smogon draft championship and drafted the loyal 3 because they are truly broken pokemon, have won more chips than I can keep track of, and got glaze which honestly makes me cringe a bit in this video by L5:
But does any of this matter? No. What matters is I am one of the biggest diggersby enthusiasts in draft format and me and thomas are going to win the DFL this year to mathematically prove that diggersby is the greatest pokemon of all time. How does winning the DFL this year accomplish this? I have no idea but I will pull a reason out of my left nostril by the end of DFL. Praise Diggersby!

As for myself:
While definetly being the lesser in our duo, i've been active in alot of tours learning while i'm going and been playing in alot of teamtours to get more familiar with them(even captaining 1 but more on that later) and having gotten further and or close to winning in a couple tours i truly feel like i can greatly fill in a captain spot along with A12. I've captained the NL DLWC team 2 years in a row now, played in last years DFL (together on a team with A12) while i may not have played many games i helped prep/mock for whoever needed it. A12 has also opened my eyes about the greatness of Diggersby and made me a big follower of his believes.

Together:
We've managed the Cult Of Diggersby together before, going 7-0 pre playoffs where we believe we created a fun space for people to be and enjoy the tour, as said before have worked together before(playing in last years DFL and captaining CFT) and are just looking to have fun while trying our absolute hardest to get our gracious king Diggersby the spotlight it certainly deserves.

Why should the hosting team pick you?:
Me and Div capped DFL last year to solid success and had a fun time with a good atmosphere, and would love to get the chance to go one step further for the title this season. Otherwise both me and Div have a lot of draft and tour and cap experience, with DFL, DLWC, PGP and several others as player and/or manager. Also most importantly from last year, we have an average height of 6'1

Between Ghost and I, we have a strong amount of team tour experience. I have captained TDA alongside Ghost as well as captaining BOB and PWS (Which he has captained as well) . Ghost and I also played part in PGP seasons where Trick House won the finals in multiple appearances. The two of us have known each other since 2020 where the two of us show that we have immaculate vibes and the desire to win, which are both factors that are going to be poured into this team. We also dated toxic latinas in the past so let that tell you about our character and how we are able to persevere.

Why should the hosting team pick you?: I have experience managing some smaller draft tours (DDD, EPC) and STC, as well as Smogon Doubles Derby. Yahoodles is a mainstay within the community, and managed Doublade vs Goliath to a DPL championship in S8. We are confident our combination of singles and VGC knowledge will be successful in assisting and scouting some up and coming talent this DFL.

Individually, we've both been around for quite a while now, and have a lot of individual and team tour experience. In team tours particularly, I was on the winning team of DPL S7, and Spies captained US West to playoffs twice in DLWC, winning the whole thing in its first edition too.
Together, we captained DFL last season, and got to playoffs, and had a great time with our players (2 of those are going DOWN in this DFL season (all the best to em tho they're goated))
We're also still really tall, and according to our moms we are both very handsome and charming :)

Bryan and I find fulfillment through seeing our teammates grow and succeed as players. This joy drives our decision to apply as managers for DFL. We have a fiery attitude and would be honored to share our competitive spirit with DFL.

Both of us have been friends and mainstays in the draft and team tour community for years. We first began as a pair in PWS, finishing a game shy of playoffs. Since then, Bryan has managed a team to a ring in DITTO draft tour and Greg in Counter Team Format (CFT) - all within the last six months.

Both me and ohio gengar have good experience of the draft community. Both of us have decent achievements in various draft leagues . Both of us have the urge to grow and learn from experiences . This would be a new experience for both of us , as we have never have ran a team as managers . But me personally have ran a league so ik the hardships of leadership. As DFL was made for new players rising and showing their skills , our team would be a perfect platform for those guys and us , as we will resonate with those players . We hope to provide a platform where new and old both type of players will shine by showing their skills

OhioGengar: He has won a SV ND Ubers tournament, in which he made a comeback from 0-3 to 5-3 in regular season and unbeaten in POs to in the tour, and have had top placements in other leagues as well. And a top placement in BBDS Reduced Standard ND 8-1 and 6-1 in JDA ND tour. Also has reached the finals of the La Claque DL BOU Team Tour.

Why should the hosting team pick you?: Goat Heart and I are both very successful smogon players turned into draft players. I have been very active in both the smogon scene and in leagues the past year and a half. I have made deep runs in smogon tours and have played in the 3 major draft team tours, with a positive record. We have also both had success in the past managing with myself having managed UPL twice, UWC once, ROA Olympics once, and Ditto Draft Tour once, in addition to shadow managing multiple tours. Goat heart has managed UWTT twice and UWC twice, making finals 3 of those 4 times. While he has not been as active in draft as me he has been integral in helping me prepare for matches and his teambuilding creativity, that he's known for in ubers, has definitely shown through draft.

We are committed to creating a great environment where every players' ideas are heard. I am also confident in our ability to evaluate talent and discover diamonds in the rough, as we are very involved in the draft league community. Also, given that we are both smogon players, we have good knowledge of the non-draft mainers who are signing up for this tour, and we'd love to get them more involved with draft league.
