[SET COMMENTS]
Swords Dance Dhelmise is a powerful priority user and wallbreaker with good longevity. With its Grassy Terrain, Grassy Glide becomes a powerful priority move that revenge kills offensive threats like Barraskewda and Terrakion. Grassy Terrain recovery also mostly offsets its Life Orb recoil. Poltergeist threatens most of the tier's Grass-resistant Pokemon including Heatran, Zapdos, and Talonflame, which may switch in on a predicted Grassy Glide. After a Swords Dance, Dhelmise can break through tougher defensive Pokemon like Intimidate Corviknight or clean up weakened teams with Grassy Glide. Power Whip is Dhelmise's strongest available attack, securing the unboosted OHKO on Blissey and 2HKO on Toxapex, while Rapid Spin lets it boost its Speed and remove entry hazards; Dhelmise is still not a reliable entry hazard remover due to its vulnerability to all entry hazards, but it can be a useful secondary option due to the free turns it generates. While Dhelmise's bulk is not amazing, its Fighting immunity and Ground resistance can frustrate common wallbreakers such as Terrakion and Zygarde-10%, providing defensive utility. 40 Speed EVs outspeed minimum Speed Corviknight.

Dhelmise fits well on balance and offensive teams as a priority user and wallbreaker. Grassy Terrain is fantastic for defensive partners that lack recovery of their own such as Heatran and Kommo-o. Heatran especially appreciates Grassy Terrain lessening its Earthquake weakness and Dhelmise switching into Ground- and Fighting-type attacks aimed at it. Since common physical walls such as Corviknight take heavy damage trying to check Chelmise, teammates like Terrakion can power through after. Dhelmise also pairs well with slow pivots like Blissey and Swampert, which can get it in safely to fire off Grassy Glide or Poltergeist. Dhelmise has poor synergy with Knock Off users, as they render foes immune to Poltergeist. Dhelmise is unable to beat Mandibuzz, so Tapu Koko and Zapdos make good teammates to switch into it reliably. They can also bring Dhelmise in on specially defensive walls they dislike such as Blissey. It is also worth noting that Dhelmise offers free setup to Unburden Kommo-o, since it is immune to Poltergeist after activating Unburden, so Unaware Mandibuzz and Triage Tapu Lele make great partners.

[SET COMMENTS]
Choice Band Dhelmise offers immediate wallbreaking and revenge killing prowess in one teamslot. Grassy Glide OHKOes dangerous offensive threats like Tapu Koko, Barraskewda, and Terrakion, and it can threaten others like Garchomp with chip damage. Poltergeist is a powerful STAB attack with excellent neutral coverage that can 2HKO defensive stalwarts like Kommo-o and Ferrothorn. Switcheroo cripples the few reliable defensive answers to Dhelmise like Mandibuzz and Intimidate Corviknight. Switcheroo also beats rare itemless walls like Kommo-o and Galarian Slowking, which could otherwise check Dhelmise. Swords Dance is an option in the last moveslot to boost its power after using Switcheroo, while Power Whip is an option to secure the OHKO on Blissey and 2HKO on Toxapex. Despite its mediocre bulk, Dhelmise still provides good defensive utility with a Fighting immunity, Ground resistance, and supportive Grassy Terrain.. Maximum Speed EVs allow Dhelmise to outspeed Corviknight.

Choice Band Dhelmise fits well on offensive and balance teams that want priority and wallbreaking in the same teamslot. Due to its relatively poor bulk, Dhelmise pairs well with offensive pivots like Tapu Koko and Azelf, which bring it in safely on special walls like Blissey and Jirachi. It also pairs well with attackers that lack their own recovery and appreciate Grassy Terrain like Desolate Land Heatran. Due to its reliance on Poltergeist and Grassy Surge, Dhelmise is a poor partner for Pokemon that rely on Knock Off or Earthquake like Landorus-T and Garchomp. Dhelmise has a hard time breaking through Intimidate Corviknight and Unaware Mandibuzz, so teammates that threaten them like Zapdos and Tapu Koko are appreciated. Dhelmise can also struggle against faster offensive threats that resist Grass like Talonflame and Zarude, so revenge killers like Choice Scarf Azelf make good teammates.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============
Dhelmise can run Adaptability to strengthen Poltergeist, but it then is reliant on a teammate to set Grassy Terrain for it. Dhelmise can also run Heavy-Duty Boots and Rapid Spin to focus more on removing entry hazards, but due to its mediocre bulk, it is generally outclassed here by Corviknight or Tapu Fini. Synthesis is also an option to provide more longevity, but Dhelmise has good recovery through Grassy Terrain and normally should be firing off attacks.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Unaware Mandibuzz**: Mandibuzz resists all of Dhelmise's attacks, has reliable recovery, and can OHKO it back with Foul Play.Unaware also ignores Swords Dance boosts. It does not appreciate taking Switcheroo, but Dhelmise cannot break past it on its own.

**Intimidate Corviknight**: Intimidate Corviknight can switch into any of Dhelmise's attacks from full health and threaten to KO back with Brave Bird. It can be overwhelmed with sufficient chip damage, however.

**Fast Grass-resistant Pokemon**: Talonflame, Zapdos, and Zarude all outspeed Dhelmise, resist Grassy Glide, and can OHKO it back.

**Itemless Grass-resistant Pokemon**: While rare, itemless Grass-resistant Pokemon like Regenerator Kommo-o and Dauntless Shield Galarian Slowking can wall Dhelmise. Switcheroo can make them susceptible to Poltergeist, however.

Swords Dance Dhelmise is a powerful priority user and wallbreaker with good longevity. With Grassy Surge setting Grassy Terrain, Grassy Glide becomes a powerful priority move that is capable or of I believe ? revenge killing offensive threats like Barraskewda, Terrakion, and Tapu Koko 252+ Atk Life Orb Dhelmise Grassy Glide vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tapu Koko in Grassy Terrain: 246-290 (87.5 - 103.2%) -- 25% chance to OHKO so I would just put Barras and Terrak (even if in fact, Koko will switch bc it doesn't KO, I wouldn't keep it . Grassy Glide also has the advantage of bypassing Psychic Terrain, as Dhelmise will override it as it switches in. I don't like how this sentence, because it feels like Grassy Glide itself bypasses Pterrain, but if Azelf comes after it does not work so I would just say smh like "grassy Surge overrides Psychic Terrain when Dhelm comes on the field, so it can threaten Azelf" or something like that Grassy Terrain also helps provide Dhelmise with passive recovery and mostly offsets its Life Orb recoil. Poltergeist is a powerful STAB attack that threatens the majority of the tier as Ghost-resists are rare Mention key threats that resist Glide : Zapdos, Heatran, Corviknight, Talonflame.... After a Swords Dance, Dhelmise can break through tougher defensive cores or clean up weakened teams with Grassy Glide. Power Whip is Dhelmise's strongest available attack what does it hit ? at least Pex I think, OHKO Bliss too I believe ? while Rapid Spin lets it boost its speed and provide entry hazard removal; it is still not a reliable entry hazard remover due to its vulnerability to all entry hazards, but it can be a useful secondary option I would mention that it is esp interesting bc of the free turns Dhelm generates. While Dhelmise's bulk is not amazing, it does provide a Fighting immunity and Ground resistance that can frustrate common breakers such as Terrakion and Zygarde-10%, providing useful defensive utility. 40 Speed EVs outspeed minimum Speed Corviknight, while the HP investment allows for easier set up oppruntities opportunities fun word tho !.

Grassy Surge makes a fantastic teammate to defensive partners that lack recovery of their own such as Heatran or Kommo-o. Dhelmise is great option to break common physical walls such as Corviknight who take heavy damage trying to check it, allowing teammates like Zarude or Terrakion Zarude x Dhelm is grass spam and is very specific. i dont have another example in mind rn, if you have one put it otherwise just leave terrak to power through after. Dhelmise also pairs well with slow pivots like Blissey or Swampert which can get it in safely and allow it to fire off Grassy Glide or Poltergeists at the opponent. Dhelmise has poor synergy with Knock Off users as they render opponents immune to Poltergeist. Switheroo cripples the few reliable defensive answers to Dhelmise like Intimidate Corviknight and Mandibuzz, which hate having their item replaced with a Choice Band. Mention that it also beats Pokemon that rely on no item to beat Dhelmise such as no item Regen Kommo-o/Slowking-g Swords Dance is an option in the last slot to boost its power after a Switcheroo, or Power Whip is its most powerful attack Explain a little bit more : why is it interesting ? ok its powerful but we don't use CC on Burden Kommo-o for example. Despite its mediocre bulk, Dhelmise still provides good defensive utility with a Fighting immunity, Ground resist, and providing Grassy Terrain recovery to its teammates. Maximum Attack and Speed EVs allow Dhelmise to outspeed Corviknight and hit as hard as possible.

Choice Band Dhelmise fits well on offensive and balanced I believe ? like its a strong CB that you want to bring with pivots teams that want priority and wallbreaking in the same slot. Due to its relatively poor bulk, Dhelmise pairs well with offensive pivots like Tapu Koko and Azelf that bring it in safely on who ? . Dhelmise also pairs well with offensive attackers that lack their own recovery and appreciate Grassy Terrain like Terrakion and Zygarde-10%. I'm not sure of this ngl. We can maybe discuss of this, but I've legit never seen Dhelm + Zyg, and Dhelm + Terrak only on HO. having 2 wallbreakers in a team that are hard to bring looks like a pain to build LOL Due to its reliance on Poltergeist and Grassy Surge, Dhelmise is a poor partner for Pokemon that rely on Knock Off or Earthquake like Landorus-T or Garchomp. Dhelmise has a hard time breaking Intimidate Corviknight and (Unaware) Mandi alone is a pain ngl Mandibuzz, so teammates that threaten these like Zapdos and Tapu Koko are appreciated. Dhelmise can also struggle against faster offensive threats that resist Grass like Talonflame and Zarude, so speed control options like Choice Scarf Azelf make good teammates.

Mmh fill this a bit. looking at this Dhelmise really looks broken lol. mention at least Kommo-o, faster threats that resist glide (there are a ton), and maybe no item stuff
