What is the bug?
Diamond Storm doesn't appear when using movesearch with "boosts defense". Probably something to do with the way it's programmed (Sheer Force nullifies its secondary effect)

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Any movesearch that should make it appear and uses "boosts def"

Adding Curse to this since it seems to be the same case, it has 2 possible Z-effects and doesn't appear in either with /nms, although it might be by design? But I wouldn't think so
