I was wondering if it's possible to chose which pokeballs to have our own pokemon come out of animated and all it may take a while but I'm sure it could be cool thanks.

It was addressed, with the teambuilder having had the pokeball option and all. It was taken down a while ago because it really didn't do anything. It will come sometime in the future, just not sure when.
