Diggersby has developed a new set to circumvent Baneful Bunker Toxapex and other walls to take advantage of the bulkier builds currently running around the Monotype tier. By bluffing a Choice Band, Diggersby can set up with Swords Dance as Toxapex uses Baneful Bunker. This allows Diggersby to OHKO Pokemon such as Mandibuzz with Breakneck Blitz and Mega Sableye with Earthquake after a boost, making it extremely threatening against defensive teams. Quick Attack paired with Swords Dance allows Diggersby to act as a late-game cleaner against offensive teams and pick off weakened threats such as Greninja. Diggersby also appreciates Porygon2 and Chansey's ability to come in and sponge any attack for it, and they appreciate its ability to break walls like Mega Venusaur that they struggle with in return. Ditto can copy setup sweepers that threaten Diggersby such as Mega Altaria, allowing it to act as a great sweeper against offensive teams.

With the rise of usage in Baneful Bunker Toxapex to scout threats such as Diggersby, it Diggersby has developed a new set to circumvent this and Baneful Bunker Toxapex and other walls to take advantage of the bulkier builds currently running around the Monotype tier. Swords Dance allows Diggersby to become an extremely dangerous wallbreaker allowing it to OHKO defensive Pokemon such as Mandibuzz with Breakneck Blitz and Mega Sableye with Earthquake when at +2. (I don't like this part. Would prefer you to focus more on the fact not choice locked + swords dance helps it beat Toxapex, since that was the original intent) Quick Attack allows Diggersby to act as a late-game cleaner with a Swords Dance boost allowing it to pick off threats such as Greninja and Breloom with previous chip damage. (Add something about Quick Attack making Diggersby useful vs offense, not just fat) Mega Lopunny also disrupts defensive cores with Encore + Power-Up Punch, while also being able to take on Steel-types such as Celesteela and Skarmory which wall this Diggersby's set. Diggersby also appreciates the Eviolite twins ability to come in and sponge any attack for it and they appreciate its ability to break walls like Mega Venusaur in return, that they struggle with. (ditto instead of mega lop, since it's great vs offense)

(repetitive) By bluffing a Choice Band, Diggersby can set up with Swords Dance as Toxapex uses Baneful Bunker. This allows Diggersby to OHKO Pokemon such as Mandibuzz with Breakneck Blitz and Mega Sableye with Earthquake when at +2 after a boost, making it extremely threatening against defensive teams. Quick Attack paired alongside with Swords Dance allows Diggersby to act as a late-game cleaner against Offensive offensive teams being able to and pick off weakened threats such as Greninja. Diggersby also appreciates the Eviolite twins Porygon2 and Chansey's ability to come in and sponge any attack for it, (AC) and they appreciate its ability to break walls like Mega Venusaur in return, that they struggle with in return. Ditto can copy and reverse sweep (not a term) Offensive Pokemon setup sweepers that threaten Diggersby such as Mega Altaria, allowing it to act as a great sweeper against Offensive offensive teams.
