ORAS OU Dirty Desert (OU sand hyper offense)

Lisa Ann (Lopunny) (F) @ Lopunnite
Ability: Limber
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Return
- Fake Out
- Power-Up Punch
Limber as a base ability allows Lopunny to not care about random paralysis users before she goes mega. Evs are standard. High jump kick and Return are good STAN moves. Fake out is good for allowing Lopunny a safe mega evo to get the speed boost, and gets chip damage on frail offensive pokemon which can then be killed by return or HJK. Power up punch is good for killing weakened pokemon and then making Lopunny strong enough to sweep late game.

Whorepowdon (Hippowdon) (F) @ Smooth Rock
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Slack Off
- Stealth Rock
Smooth rock is crucial for helping Excadrill sweep. Toxic is good for wearing down sweepers and opposing walls. Slack off is Hippowdown's only way of recovery and is necessary for that reason. Earthquake is a nice STAB. Stealth Rock is a fantastic move and Hippowdon has the role of setting up rocks for this team.

Excadrill (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide
- Rapid Spin
Excadrill is best used as a late game sweeper or mid game cleaner. Due to sand rush, it can sweep weakened teams with ease. An adament nature plus life orb max out Excadrills strength. EQ and iron head are good STAB moves and rock slide is good coverage. Rapid spin is for team support.

Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Recover
This is the standard LO Latios set. Basic EVs and a timid nature to outspeed a lot of OU threats and hit them hard with Draco. Psyshock is nice STAB and HP fire is good for hitting things like Ferrothorn, Scizor, and Skarmory very hard. Recover makes use of Latios much easier to use, although EQ is nice too.

Slowbro (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Psyshock
- Ice Beam
- Fire Blast
This may seem like a weird set, but it allows Slowbro to be a decent offensive threat and take a lot of hits. This Slowbro is best used as a switch in to strong attacks and as a hit and run attacker. The 4 moves it knows provide pretty decent super effective coverage.

Thundurus (M) @ Zap Plate
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Knock Off
- Superpower
Somewhat standard EVs for mixed Thundurus. The main difference is that I maxed out spec atk. I gave it the zap plate to minimize passive damage. T-bolt is good STAB and volt switch allows for volt turn shenanigans while superpower is good for hitting thing like Heatran and Tyranitar. Knock off is knock off.
