I know what you all think about ditto, hes broken right now. But, that means that ditto is going to go to the tier thats practically the definition of broken; the Uber tier.

This is probably the only pokemon that can OHKO Arceus... Choice scarf is for outspeeding all the pokemon you face, and then using one of their moves (because, who doesnt carry a move that is super effective to there type?) and since Eccentric also copies stats (and stat boosts) it can outspeed and sweep anyone.
[Counters]
Wobbufett destroys ditto, by trapping him and then, since having 5 pp for every move, will start using struggle in 20 turns, but save counter's pp and then use counter when he starts using Struggle (feel free to correct me on this, not sure if struggle is a physical move or not.)
