does anyone use a PP stall team?

I've been away from the metagame for about a week, i've been thinking of a new themed team, and i thought about a PP stall team, but i really need help making one, so if you support me, plz give me an advice.If you think it's dumb, plz don't post anything, just vote.

There are a few things that's needed in a PP stall team that i thought of: encore,torment,pressure,spite,taunt(maybe), good chain resistance.
A few pokemons i consider to be a part of the team: encore zam,dusknoir, spiritomb, bulky sleep talk aerodactyl, some one who torments with good speed(enough to out max speed scarf chomp, i am considering purugly.

I really doubt it's a team that's gonna work, but i am willing to try it out with your help.

With just Pokemon using Pressure... along that line?
This would just be repetitive, after all, I would hate to go through battles like this myself, simply because they would take too long.
btw, this does not really induce discussion=/

Stalling PP is difficult to the point of nearly being impossible. Most stat-up moves get lots and lots of PP, so an opposing Calm Mind
(or Cosmic Power) user would immediately have an advantage, even if you tried those ideas.
You could use the Spite set for Spiritomb I guess.

I think it's a sorta cool idea for a team, but I would get bored if I used it regularly. PP stalling takes forever. >_>

Yey simply use Sub/Roost Zapdos, SleeptalkTomb, Sleeptalkcune,.. all in one team!!!!
