[SET COMMENTS]
Monferno is an offensively versatile attacker with Knock Off, pivoting, and generally solid dual STAB attackas against common Pokemon in the tier, such as Thwackey, Tinkatuff, Piloswine, and Dunsparce. Its Fire typing makes it a suitable wallbreaker due to it not being crippled by Will-O-Wisp from notable Pokemon like Misdreavus and Koffing. U-turn lets Monferno pivot out on its unfavorable matchups and bring its teammates into favorable matchups. Knock Off is especially potent in NFE due to Eviolite being the item on walls such as Gabite, Quaxwell, and Drakloak that could normally give Monferno and its teammates a hard time.

Monferno fits best onto balance and offensive teams that appreciate a switch-in to common top mons, Misdreavus and Thwackey, a Knock Off user that invites in Quaxwell, or a pivot to help establish a pivot core. Monferno appreciates teammates such as Girafarig and Thwackey to threaten its main checks in Koffing, Mareanie, and Quaxwell. It also pairs well with teammates like Tinkatuff and Frogadier, which can set entry hazards and weaken foes. Tinkatuff is especially helpful by spreading paralysis to allow Monferno to outspeed and pivot out on potentially dangerous foes, such as Frogadier, Girafarig, and Drakloak. Monferno supports wallbreakers and sweepers like Fraxure and Piloswine by luring in bulky walls like Quaxwell and using Knock Off to weaken them, making it easier for teammates to break through them later. Additionally, it aids these teammates by being a good switch-in to Pokemon like Misdreavus and Thwackey. It serves as a solid partner to one of the top NFE Pokemon, Misdreavus, due to its ability to threaten Normal-types that Misdreavus would otherwise struggle to break through. Monferno benefits from teammates like Clefairy, Quaxwell, and Koffing, which can absorb the otherwise dangerous Water- and Ground-type attacks it could receive from foes, such as Piloswine, Gabite, and Quaxwell.

Monferno sets itself apart by being an offensively versatile attacker with Knock Off, pivoting, and generally solid dual STABs into common Pokémon in the tier, such as Thwackey, Tinkatuff, Piloswine, and Dunsparce. It's fire type is also suitable as a breaker due to it not being crippled by Will-O-Wisp from notable mons like Misdreavus and Koffing. U-Turn is a great option to be able to pivot out on its unfavorable matchups and bring in its teammates into favorable matchups. Knock Off is especially potent in NFE due to Eviolite being the item on walls that could normally give Monferno and its teammates a hard time, such as Gabite, Quaxwell, and Drakloak.

Monferno fits best onto balance and offensive teams that appreciate a switch into common top mons, Misdreavus and Thwackey, a knockoff user that invites in Quaxwell, or a pivot to help establish a pivot core. Monferno appreciates teammates such as Piloswine Girafarig and Thwackey to threaten its main checks in Koffing, Mareanie, and Quaxwell. It pairs well with someone like Tinkatuff due to its ability to set hazards and wear down foes and by spreading paralysis to allow Monferno to outspeed and pivot out on potentially dangerous foes, such as Frogadier and Drakloak tinka also helps against giraf. add frogadier as a spiker here Monferno supports breakers and sweepers like Fraxure and Piloswine by luring in bulky walls like Quaxwell and using Knock Off to weaken them, making it easier for them to break through later. Monferno benefits from teammates like Clefairy, Quaxwell, and Koffing, who can absorb the otherwise dangerous Water- and Ground-type attacks it struggles with give examples of like quax / gabite. Monferno can also be good help to physically attacking mons that need a good switch in to Misdreavus and Water- and Ground-types that would be threatened by Thwackey u can put this part in the fraxure / piloswine line.

add how missy benefits from monferno checking normals

U-Turn is a great option to be able to pivot out on its unfavorable matchups and bring in its teammates into favorable matchups (give examples of this, such as pivoting out on Quaxwell, Koffing and Clefairy and bringing in Ivysaur, Girafarig, and Hisuian Sliggoo, respectively). Knock Off is especially potent in NFE due to Eviolite being the item on walls that could normally give Monferno and its teammates a hard time, such as Gabite, Quaxwell, and Drakloak.

Monferno appreciates teammates such as Girafarig and Thwackey to threaten its main checks in Koffing, Mareanie, and Quaxwell (mention that thwackey forms a great pivot core with it because of this). It pairs well with teammates like Tinkatuff and Frogadier which can set hazards and weaken opponents. Tinkatuff is especially helpful by spreading paralysis to allow Monferno to outspeed and pivot out on potentially dangerous foes, such as Frogadier, Girafarig and Drakloak. It serves as a solid partner to one of the top NFE Pokemon, Misdreavus, due to its ability to threaten Normal-types with STAB super-effective attacks that Misdreavus would otherwise struggle to break through. Monferno benefits from teammates like Clefairy, Quaxwell, and Koffing, who can absorb the otherwise dangerous Water- and Ground-type attacks it could receive from foes, such as Piloswine, Gabite, and Quaxwell.
