Basculegion-F finds itself a useful niche on rain teams, that being one of few special rain exploiters in the tier. Its access to Swift Swim as well as strong STAB options in Surf and Shadow Ball allows it to be immensely threatening once it's brought in, and its ability to hit hard on the special side allows it to pick up 2HKOs on many common Water resistances in the tier such as Rotom-W or Toxapex. Swift Swim is a fantastic ability for Basculegion-F, as it allows the capability to run a Modest nature over Timid, boosting Basculegion-F's breaking capabilities even further. A Speed-boosting nature is unnecessary due to hitting a whopping 510 Speed in rain, outrunning almost every Pokemon in the tier except for Choice Scarf Kartana and Iron Valiant in Electric Terrain. Surf is a great option as a reliable STAB move, because its above-average Base Power and perfect accuracy allow it to be spammed with little to no drawback, while Hydro Pump is a great option for the raw power, 2HKOing Tera Grass Heatran with minimal chip damage and OHKOing Mega Charizard Y in sun. Both of these moves are perfectly complemented by Basculegion-F's secondary STAB option, Shadow Ball, which provides neutral coverage against a majority of the metagame. Very few Pokemon can resist Basculegion-F's STAB combination, which is even further bolstered by Ice Beam as a coverage option. Ice Beam allows Basculegion-F to deal serious damage to Pokemon like Tera Grass Heatran and Dragonite. Basculegion-F is also a phenomenal Terastallization user, as it's able to use Tera Water to both shed its weakness to Kingambit's Sucker Punch and boost Surf to terrifying levels of power, making it capable of sweeping most teams with little to no chip damage. Basculegion-F pairs extremely well with Pelipper, since it's able to set rain and use U-turn to bring Basculegion-F in safely. It also appreciates support from the likes of Ferrothorn and Zapdos, as Ferrothorn can answer Iron Valiant's Moonblast and spread chip damage very effectively with Iron Barbs, and Zapdos can check Choice Scarf Kartana and Rillaboom defensively and threaten crippling paralyses. In turn, Basculegion-F supports them back by KOing Pokemon that'd normally be able to force them out or pivot around utilizing resistances and immunities. For example, it can bait Leaf Blade from Kartana to guarantee a safe switch into Zapdos or it can lure Grassy Glide from Rillaboom, allowing Ferrothorn to come in and start spreading chip damage

Basculegion-F finds itself inside a useful niche on rain teams, that being one of few special rain cleaners abusers in the tier. Its access to Swift Swim as well as strong stab STAB options in Surf and Shadow Ball allow it to be immensely threatening once it's brought in, and its ability to hit hard on the special side allows it to pick up 2HKOs on many common Water-resists in the tier, such as Rotom-Wash or Toxapex, especially when paired with its potent secondary STAB option in ghost Shadow Ball. Basculegion-F is hold Choice Specs, allowing it to deal massive damage to a majority of the tier, especially while under rain or when utilizing tera water to further boost its damage dealing capabilities. (filler) Swift Swim is a fantastic ability for her it (make sure to avoid his/her as possessive pronouns in analyses as a generality, use it/its instead. i corrected all the uses of she/her as i could find) as it allows the capability to run a Modest nature over Timid, boosting SpA Basculegion's breaking capabilities even further, as a Speed boosting nature is unnecessary due to hitting a whopping 510 Speed in rain, outrunning a majority of the tier's scarfers. (mention how it is notably slower than scarf Kartana here, and tie it into your later mention of Zapdos as a good teammate, due to threatening it with Static para) Surf is a great option as a reliable STAB move, as its above-average base power and perfect accuracy allow it to be spammed with little to no drawback, while Hydro Pump is a great option for when you just need the raw power (include notable interactions where pump is more applicable than surf, such as securing the 2HKO on tera grass heatran from full after rocks) Both of these moves are perfectly complimented by Basculegion-F's secondary STAB option, Shadow Ball, which has amazing neutral coverage into a majority of the metagame. Very few pokemon can resist Basculegion-F's STABs, which is even further bolstered by Ice Beam as a coverage option. Ice Beam allows Basculegion-F to deal serious damage to pokemon like Tera Grass Heatran, Dragonite or AV Tornadus-Therian. Basculegion-F is also a phenomenal tera abuser, as she's it's able to use Tera Water to both shed her its weakness to Kingambit's Sucker Punch as well as boosting Surf to terrifying levels of power, capable of sweeping through most teams with little to no chip. Basculegion-F pairs extremely well with Pelipper, since it's able to set rain and use U-turn to bring her it in safely. She It also appreciates support from the likes of Ferrothorn or 3a (Rain implies offensive Zapdos) Zapdos, as they're able to spread chip very effectively onto the opponent or in Ferrothorn's case even threaten serious damage on Kingambit with Body Press, and in turn Basculegion-F supports them back by KOing the pokemon that'd normally be able to force them out

Make sure to let me know once you fully implement, and ill take one last look before QC 1/1. Good work!

Basculegion-F finds itself a useful niche on rain teams, that being as it is subjective change; you can keep the original if you'd prefer one of few special rain abusers exploiters in the tier.
