Introduction
evolutionstone.png

Hello Everyone,This is my 4th Smogon RMT.However,This is my very first RMT ,so i hope you guys like it.Well i don't really like telling you guys about me like i did in all my other RMT's ,but i will tell you that I love Pokemon.I have been playing it ,since, I was 3 and still do at the age of 14.It has really has been a great experience on Smogon. After,I post some of my teams they end up getting better really fast.Sometimes i wonder how the competitive pokemon world would be without Smogon.Maybe using Pokemon Online Tiers Through Smogon's Tiers seem better.Through some people don't like Smogon or Pokemon Showdown ,and prefer Pokemon Online and its Simulator.Through i Must say Smogon seems better.Through some things i don't really agree on.Like Excadrill in Ubers,I want it in Ou ,but i can tell it would be broken ,but I still want it in Ou though.Deoxys-Defense i really think that should have stayed in Ou.Rain is not really overpowered ,so Keldeo Should not even be suspected now. Some people are talking about Hazards being OverPowered Now thats messed up.Well anyway Why don't we talk about the team.

About The Team
evolutionstone.png

This Team was supposed to be about using alot of Offensive powers, but defense feels like it was the way to go after testing out this team. This Team highest ranking so far is (1804) unlike my last Little Cup Team(1356),so i am very proud of this team.I am really aiming for #Uno on the Ladder.Ok,so this team is about 4 Eviolite pokemon and 2 non-Eviolite.I was going to Make it 3 Eviolite Pokes ,but i am the Team is still working out some Kinks.Well i can't really talk much about the Team until You Guys on Smogon see it ,so here comes the Team itself,Jk for i have to go through the Team Building.

evolutionstone.png
Team Building
evolutionstone.png

,So since i Started this team to be offensive i will give you my first Two Pokemon.Choice Scarf Snover and Choice Scarf Chinchou.Take that Sand Teams Can't Touch me Now lol.

Hmm i needed a fighting Type ,and you know what the best Fighting Type in the Tier is,Not Scaggy,NO Not Machop,YOU BETTER NOT SAY TIMBURR.Well Here it is.
459.png
170.png
619.png

I liked How the Team was coming along ,but i felt like i needed a pokemon to counter Fighting Types.Oh and i am not using a Ghost Type or Murkrow.Something Even Better.
459.png
170.png
619.png
276.png

Yea Tailow a Boss,But i Hate Hazards through this is Little Cup i still dont like Hazards so here comes on of the Best Little Cup Pokemons i will give it away Patrick.

And with that the Team felt complete.Though i am probably going to be asked to replace Shelmet with Larvesta anyway so i am already testing it out.

Drilbur @ Eviolite
evolutionstone.png

Trait: Mold Breaker
Level: 5
EVs: 240 Atk / 236 SDef / 32 Def
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock

I choose Drilbur Because Before i Made this RMT i got Owned by a Bronzor.I had no way to kill it easily until i Discovered Mold Breaker.Drilbur had 3 things my team needed.Hazards,Spinning, and Bronzor Killing all day.It also has pretty good bulk and some Great Attack power. It also has something else i Like. The ability to stop Onix also ,and Block other Abilities with his.I choose what Pokemon Showdown gave me for the Ev's.I felt like i was too Lazy to go on Smogon and look up the Ev set for this Thing ,so i will probably Change it to the Smogon spread. Also i am not totally sure about Drilbur on this team ,but for now i am going to Keep using him because i have had no Problems with him. Also whats nice about Drilbur is that he can hit Murkrow for SE and he can't hit all Levitating Ghost Types like Gastly and Misdervus for SE(Don't know if i spelled Misdervus Right have to go back and Check that)Drilbur can sometimes be dead wait because he is not on a sand teams so he gets outspeeded alot and can't really preform at his best abilities.I am thinking of adding Tentacool over him because he gets Hazards has Rapid Spin and easily beats Fighting Types.Drilbur is sometimes a Good Pokemon on this team,But you know all pokemon have their Pros and Cons

Mienfoo @ Life Orb
lifeorb.png

Trait: Regenerator
Level: 5
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 236 Atk / 236 Spd / 36 Def
Jolly Nature
- Hi Jump Kick
- U-turn
- Fake Out
- Stone Edge
Mienfoo is an awesome pokemon. When they say Mienfoo is a beast in Little Cup they Mean it.It has Speed,Power, and even some solid Defenses, what more can you ask thats easy, when it returns its ability let's it recover health just by returning or even better use U-Turn.Hi Jump Kick is a Awesome STAB to have on this Pokemon. It does a Ton of Damage to almost any pokemon.Though you have to be careful using it because with the Ghost Types in The Tier you have to be Careful not to use it on them or you will take alot of damage.(Did this before he had a pokemon that i am SE to i use High Jump Kick and bam i almost kill myself).U-Turn Helps alot with Regenerator.I am able to just use U-Turn while taking damage from Hazards and life Orb from switch in and Attacking and i get back good amount of Health.Fake Out is Great, all i have to do is send out Mienfoo use Fake Out come Back and do the Process again if i want to get rid of another pokemon Safely.Stone Edge is great to have for the Bug Types that try to wall me or the Fly Types also.Mienfoo is a great Pokemon that make this team work how it does.(Also sometime when i spell Mienfoo i spell it Meinfoo, lol switched the I and the E).

Chinchou @ Eviolite
evolutionstone.png

Trait: Volt Absorb
Level: 5
EVs: 212 Def / 228 SDef / 68 HP
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Discharge
- Thunder Wave
- Heal Bell

Chinchou is a great pokemon, but i think of changing it back to the Choice Scarf set.The reason i am not running Choice Scarf is because i needed away to get rid of Status so i just decided to change the whole thing to Defensive.I am not really sure about this change though.Scald helps when i see some Physical attackers who i want to cripple.Discharge is probably going to be replace with T-Bolt because i have Thunder Wave already, that help with Para and T-Bolt is stronger.T-Wave is to slow down Set-Up pokes and Fast Attackers.Heal Bell has a Big Part in this team.It is the Only way for me to get rid of Status. Why do i need a pokemon to get rid of Status example Porygon without Chimchou when it gets Toxic it usually dies pretty fast ,but with Heal Bell Bam its better. It also Help Shelmet from Toxic Death ,and gets Burn off of my Physical attackers.Chinchou is a great Poke and my only defense to clamperl. In the end i am not to sure on what set to run.Either a Defensive set or a Choice Scarf Set.

Snover @ Choice Scarf
choicescarf.png

Trait: Snow Warning
Level: 5
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 104 Atk / 184 SAtk / 200 Spd
Naive Nature
- Blizzard
- Giga Drain
- Ice Shard
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Snover is my BossMon.It destroys Sand Team Easily and Pushes around alot of Pokemon against there will. This Team needs Snover, without it this team would Fall Apart ,Blow up ,Fly Out the Window ,Fall down Break its Leg ,Fall down a Big Hole ,Then go into Lava ,and Then Finally Die.So yeah Snover is Important.Blizzard is a Great Move it destroy Sand Teams and does alot of damage to almost any pokemon it sees.In lucky times i get the Freeze and that decides the game right there.Giga Drain i don't use it that much ,but sometimes i do when i need some health or hit a pokemon i am 4 Times to.Ice Shard is some Priority that lets me kill weaken pokemon if i don't think i can Out speed them.Hp Fire really comes in Handy. When i see some Ferroseed i just use it and then Kaplow it died.Snover is the Heart of this Team and it can never be replaced without the Team Falling Apart,Blowing up,and etc...,but as long as i have Snover this team can go through any wall in its way.

*Kirby* (Porygon) @ Eviolite
evolutionstone.png

Trait: Trace
Level: 5
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 236 SAtk / 236 SDef / 36 Def
Modest Nature
- Recover
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Tri Attack

Porygon is my Main Man.I NickNamed him Kirby because i Like Kirby and because he has Pink on him.I was going for and Offensive Porygon ,but it ended up turning into a Tank.I use Trace ,so i can copy my opponents ability. It comes in Handy sometimes when i copy Magic Guard or Prankster.Through it seems Download might be the Better Option ,but i will live that up to You guys at Smogon.Recover is what makes this set so great.I just can heal up when i am weaked and thats hard with Porygons Immense Bulk.T-Bolt is good when Tentacool or a Water Type comes all i do is Pow ,kaplow ,and boom and they end up dead oh and i forgot zap.Ice Beam is like T-Bolt its good when i face Grass,Dragons,or Ground Types. All i do is use Ice Beam and They take alot of Damage.Tri Attack is BOSS.Why you may ask because i can Para,Burn ,or Freeze my Opponent. It is also my STAB and does alot of Damage to my Opponent.Porygon is a Great Pokemon on this team and is hard to kill. Also Chinchou helps with Heal Bell to get rid of Status.

Shelmet (F) @ Eviolite
evolutionstone.png

Trait: Overcoat
Level: 5
EVs: 236 SDef / 36 SAtk / 236 HP
Calm Nature
- Yawn
- Substitute
- Recover
- Bug Buzz

Shelmet is the Last pokemon on this team. The first thing i am going to hear from people once they see this RMT is this"Why Shelmet why Not Larvesta or Skourpi."I am going to say i know ,but there is one thing Larvesta has over both of them.Actually 2 things. One is Yawn and this other is Recover.Shelmet is actually a pretty good poke.It is a good way to wall fighting Types.Mostly with a reliable recovery and can force them out with yawn. Its ability actually helps because with Snover on this Team he doesn't have to worry about taking Weather Damage.Anyway i choose Yawn because it is like Roar ,but worse.See when people get hit by Yawn they are going to return. And if they're stupid enough to attack they are going to fall asleep.Sub is a great move to block status, but if somehow i get Toxic Chinchou just has to use Heal Bell and everything is better.Recover is the best move on this set. After along time in the battle and my pokemon needs some Hp i just use Recover.(Best move Ever).Bug Buzz is just there to do damage in the match if i need to kill a poke.

Thing to Look Forward to.Replay Box and Threat List.

I actually prefer Shelmet>Larvesta. This is because with Larvesta you'd be weak to Scraggy as your Mienfoo is Life Orb.

I can see a Nasty Plot Misdreavus doing well against this team. A SubPlot set could easy set up on Shelmet and tear you apart. I suggest you try a more Bulky variation of Porygon with Shadow Ball to beat it easily. Here's the set:

Porygon @ Eviolite
Trait: Trace
Level: 5
EVs: 236 HP / 36 Def / 236 SDef
Calm Nature
- Recover
- Thunder Wave / Charge Beam
- Shadow Ball
- Tri Attack

Max SpDef investment allows it to take on Misdreavus easier. You could move some EVs into Def if you wanted to take on SubRoost Krow though. Thunder Wave is useful generally, but with Charge Beam you'll still be able to fulfil the role of Bulky Attacker that you wanted.

Drilbur should probably be running a spread of 36HP/236Atk/212Spe with a Jolly nature. This allows it to outrun and KO Offensive Eviolite Chinchou.

Use Acid Armour>Substitute on Shelmet. This means you can easily take on boosting sweepers like Timburr or Scraggy. Substitute is pretty useless on a defensive Pokemon and as you said, you have Heal Bell on Chinchou to take care of status. If you do run Acid Armor, it might be an idea to change Overcoat to Shell Armor. This will prevent any crits which would really hurt a +2 or +4 Shelmet. It's mostly a preference thing and Overcoat is still fine.

All in all, this is a pretty solid team!

Disclosure: I'm not much of a Team Rater

Hey this team actually looks really really cool! Congrats on making this team. However, there are still quite a few problems vs some relatively common threats, especially considering your movesets and EV spreads (which we'll definitely need to work on. Keep in mind, for Eviolite Pokemon, it is best to maximize HP since the defenses already get boosted. Likewise, it is generally best to maximize the stats that are necessary for the Pokemon to do its job properly.)

The first Pokemon I see issues with is Life Orb Drilbur. Your main Drilbur checks, Snover and Shelmet, are both weak to Stealth Rock, which means it is quite easy to play around them. Likewise, Shelmet has a specially defensive set, meaning it can't really tank Life Orb Earthquake and Rock Slide after Stealth Rock. Basically, even with Snover, a well played Sand team is very difficult to handle. Likewise, as annoying as it is considering you have Shelmet, Scraggy and Stone Edge Mienfoo (Life Orb, like yours!) are actually difficult to handle. Think of it like this: they have Scraggy out against Porygon, with Stealth Rock up. You switch to Shelmet as they Dragon Dance. With your spread, you take 41% from a +1 Crunch. You basically have to Yawn or you're swept. They Crunch as you Yawn. Now, considering Shed Skin, Yawn isn't that scary for Scraggy! As such, it Crunches again and your Shelmet is dead. This applies likewise to Stone Edge Mienfoo. Next, I see some problems with Grass-type Pokemon...particularly Foongus! Besides Snover, basically nothing on your team can do enough damage to Foongus, who can harass your entire team as you lack a particularly good switch-in. Finally, opposing Snover are difficult to handle, as your Shelmet almost always gets 2HKOed by Blizzard after Stealth Rock with any prior damage and same goes for Porygon with Stealth Rock and Hail damage.

However, I think most of these problems can be fixed with little tweaks as opposed to huge changes!

1) Make Mienfoo a bulky Eviolite set. I think your weakness to Fighting-type Pokemon, Scraggy especially, less prominent. Likewise, it assists in checking Sand (Drilbur and Sandshrew) with the added bulk. I don't really see how LO is helping you too much.

Mienfoo (M) @ Eviolite Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 236 HP / 196 Def / 36 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Fake Out
- Drain Punch
- U-turn
- Knock Off

is my favorite, but if you think that's too defensive, you can tinker with the EVs and the spreads.

2) My only Pokemon change is to try Natu > Shelmet. I think this is a good change for several reasons. One, Natu + Snover + Mienfoo 100% cockblocks Sand. You should definitely be fine facing any Sand team. Furthermore, Natu helps check Fighting-type Pokemon really well as well, along with making your team less vulnerable to Spike stacking from things such as Ferroseed and opposing Shelmet. Finally, Natu switches into Hippopotas, Mienfoo, and FOONGUS really well making it a good addition to your team in my opinion. Shelmet wasn't doing anything besides switch into Fighting-type Pokemon, and it wasn't doing that very well.

Natu (M) @ Eviolite
Trait: Magic Bounce
EVs: 196 HP / 80 Def / 200 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Roost
- U-turn
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- FeatherDance

3) Change Porygon to:

Porygon @ Eviolite
Trait: Trace
EVs: 236 HP / 196 Def / 76 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Tri Attack
- Shadow Ball
- Thunder Wave
- Recover

I think this is much better than your current Porygon as it emphasizes HP, like an Eviolite Pokemon should. Furthermore, it helps with your weakness against Misdreavus, as Shadow Ball + Porygon's bulk assists you in defeating it. Tri-Attack hits the Pokemon Thunderbolt and Ice Beam were meant to well enough, anyways. Finally, Thunder Wave makes handling a variety of problem Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Snover, Misdreavus, Fighting-type Pokemon, and Murkrow much much easier.

4) Change Chinchou to:

Chinchou (M) @ Eviolite
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 156 HP / 212 Def / 76 SAtk / 64 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Scald
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Heal Bell

I think this assists your team in a variety of ways. 1) The changes I recommended makes Snover slightly difficult to handle. Hidden Power Fire acts as a great lure, and kills Snover frequently, as Chinchou is Snover's only safe switch against your team. Furthermore, the pivoting from Volt Switch, Mienfoo's U-turn, and Natu's U-turn along with Porygon's Thunder Wave means your team is almost always going to have the momentum. Finally, it retains its ability to Heal Bell...Chinchou + Porygon + Snover mean you handle Murkrow really well.

5) Change Drilbur's spread to: 196 HP / 76 Atk / 76 SDef / 132 Spd, Jolly

It makes it faster than Jolly Scraggy, overall more bulky than your current one, and still gives it some oomph in its attack. I just think it's a better spread.

Hopefully these changes help your team! Good luck!
