Don't Run With Scizors

Hi, this is my first real competitive team based around one of my favorite pokemon of all time, good ol' Scizor. His new mega evo has turned him into one of the most BA pokes ever. I made this team to the best of my ability but as the little noobling I am, I wanted the opinion of the masses. SO first things first, the man himself

Mega-Scizor

Scizor @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- X-Scissor
- Bullet Punch
- Roost

This guy right here is my bulky physical sweeper. If I can get a free switch in on anything and get a swords dance up, bullet punch can at least 2HKO about anything. X-scissor has proved VERY valuable for wallbreaking Venusaur, and roost is for healing back up. The HP EVs make sure I can take hits, The Atk EVs make sure I can give hits, and the speed EV's are 4 teh lulz. Since Bullet Punch is priority Speed usually isn't a big problem for me. This. Dude. Is. A. Badass.

Mamoswine

Mamoswine @ Focus Sash
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Shard
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

My designated lead Poke. I always start with him because how versatile he can be. This un-Tauntable hunk of pokemon has got some solid mini-sweeps up at the beginning of games for me. His main goal is to get rocks up early but he can be a solid killer too if I can get him to. If someone tries to switch Talonflame/Charzard in the beginning, it just takes an easy prediction to get the stone edge up on them, if they try to switch a magic bouncer back, eq them. As long as I predict well enough with him, this dude is a stud.

Greninja

Greninja @ Expert Belt
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Vengeance is swift. This revenge killler from hell can come in on anybody and STAB them hard. The expert belt is because he has something super effective against almost anything I've played against, and because life orb damage really scares me on him. I feel like anything can OHKO him after life orb damage, where occasionally he can take one. He isn't meant to switch in on anything but after anything dies he's usually my go-to-guy

Noivern.gif

Noivern

Noivern @ Life Orb
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature
- Hurricane
- Draco Meteor
- Focus Blast
- Flamethrower

Noivern is my speedy special sweeper and as long as Focus Blast and Hurricane connect (damn 70% accuracy) he can unboosted sweep most teams. He laughs in the face of Reflect and Light Screen with infiltrator and Sub sets get destroyed by him. He works extremely well at getting a move off and switching into

Rotom-Wash

Rotom-Wash @ Assault Vest
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Modest Nature
- Discharge
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Shadow Ball

Bulky Rotom-W can switch in and take almost any attack launched at any member of my team, and can dish out some damage himself if he needs to. Discharge's 30% parlyz chance is incredibly useful, volt switch is a great way to take a hit and get out for someone else to come in and make sure they don't take any damage, hydro pump is the obvious STAB water type attack, and shadow ball is for neutral coverage.

Excadrill

Excadrill @ Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Rock Slide
- Iron Head

Excadrill is my rapid spinner and also a great physical sweeper. He can earthquake Rotom-W, Gengar, and any other Levitate users out of the game, knock Talon and Char-Y out of the air with Rock Slide, and STAB Iron Head any stupid fairies off the map.

So that's my current team, advice would be much appreciated on how to make this team better! Thanks all for reading

I just have some suggestions. Replace X-Scissor with Bug Bite on Scizor. Bug bite is stronger with the technician boost and change Noivern's nature to Timid.

Bug Bite after Technician is stronger than X-Scissor, and it has a decent side-effect.
Noivern isn't that good in OU. Use Latios.
I'd consider running a Choice Scarf on Excadrill so it can be both a fast spinner and a good revenge killer.
Give Greninja Hydro Pump over Surf. The damage output is considerably higher, plus you have Ice Beam for more accuracy.
Your team also lacks a dedicated wall. Since you already have a Water Type in Greninja, I'd consider replacing Rotom with Clefable.
