Double Battle Pwnage

Here is my current team for Random Matchup and Tournaments. Its not perfect but I've been getting alot better with it. Simple strategy and alot of leeway with these Pokemon. Lets start with Rotom.

Rotom - W
EV's 128 D/128 SpD/ 252 SpA
Thunderbolt/Hydro Pump/Will-O-Wisp/Pain Split
Leftovers/Levitate
Modest

A solid defensive wall and a good special attacker. Will-o-wisp will cripple physical sweepers like garchomp and pain split can be used to get you out of tight situations. hydro pump and thunderbolt are soild STAB attacks

Porygon2
EV's 252 D/128 SpA/128 SpD
Thunderbolt/Ice Beam/Thunder Wave/Recover
Eviolite/Download
Bold

Rarely gets 1HKO. Strong defensive wall with two good special moves. Usually sent out for paralyzing purposes or to finish some lard off. And with the eviolite, his defense goes up even higher.

Latios
EV's 252 SpA/252 S
Draco Meteor/Psychic/Substitute/Recover
White Herb/Levitate
Timid

Speedy and Strong. My favorite Dragon type Pokemon. White herb makes up for the stat loss on draco meteor and if i have some time ill set up a substitute, making him a great special sweeper. Might use calm mind instead of recover though...

Heatran
EV's 128 D/128 SpD/ 252 SpA
Lava Plume/Stealth Rock/Protect/Earth Power
Fire Gem/Flash Fire
Calm

My main strategy involves Heatran. His high special attack and decent defense stats make him a pokemon to watch out for. My tailwind/sunny day combo with crobat makes his lava plume deadly.

EV's 252 S/ 128 D/128 SpD
Sunny Day/Tailwind/U-turn/Toxic
Focus Sash/Inner Focus
Timid

He's the main gear in my strategy with Heatran. Usually faints from the Lava PLume but it pays off. He cant flinch or be 1HKOed so my strategy is sure-fire.

Skarmory
EV's 252 A/ 128 D/128 SpD
Spikes/Roost/Brave Bird/Taunt
Flying Gem/Sturdy
Adamant

Well rounded pokemon that can cause massive damage with brave bird. taunt comes in handy against stallers like blissey or whimsicott and sturdy makes him invincible to 1HKO.

In conclusion, this team has been my favorite so far. I am entering the Spring Tournament with it. Please give me some feedback on how I can improve it. Designed for Double Battles as this is a double battle tournament. Thanks!

If this is a double's team, I think it goes under other teams, not OU. But then I could be wrong. As towards acutal rating, First thing is that Crobat. There's no real point in investing in defenses, especially with the focus sash. Maybe try Attack so that U-turn hits a bit harder. In fact you might want to consider replacing him with Tornadus. Prankster guarantees you get that tailwind up quick, and then he can take advantage of it with his great attack. You might switch out lava plume for blast burn or flamethrower, as all it offers is an increased burn chance over raw power. Fire Gem is a one-off advantage, and not much good after that. You might want to try out baloon, as it gives you an artificial ground immunity for at least one turn. if you want to use sunny day, you might want to take more advantage of it. maybe replace porygon2 with venusaur or victreebell, something that will really appreciate that sun. There's more, but that's what came to mind immediately.

Alright thanks for the info on tornadus, it really gave me some good insights. im relatively new to forums and semi-new to competetive battling so plz forgive me lol :P
