Activity decisions are listed by pool, note that I didn't do them all for games which didn't affect the outcome. Deadline for tiebreaks is
Sunday 16th October, 7:00 PM GMT-4. If a reset is required, you do not need to wait for me to post a new bracket, start scheduling immediately, ideally replaying the final game of the first tiebreak immediately. All tiebreaks are best-of-one, the number of people in them and the number who advance varies by pool though. If you're already through, you can relax this week, matchups for Stage 2 will be decided after the completion of tiebreaks.
Amoonguss Pool
JuanSG was tagged before for low activity, and since then attempted to schedule with
Nephtyrix but missed the time and their opponent could no longer play, and
JuanSG had already attempted to give the win a while back to
Tikkito after some poor scheduling, both will be given the activity win. The remaining two games were less one-sided in activity, but also inconsequential now so I'll leave them undecided.
JRL is first and will advance to the next stage,
Tikkito and
Nephtyrix play a best-of-one tiebreak for the second spot, with the winner advancing.
Celesteela Pool
Already completed,
Chris32156 and
eragon11145 will advance.
Diancie Pool
Already completed,
Akaru Kokuyo and
John1240 will advance.
Dragapult Pool
Guimart21 was unable to play at the scheduled times with
big pichu and
topshotta and then gave the win, so both will receive the activity win meaning all games now have results.
papiloco and
topshotta will advance.
Incineroar Pool
Aldrich was tagged before for low activity, and since then attempted to schedule, but still has two games uncompleted. The game vs Gatubraz no longer matters and subsequently didn't get played, so will be left undecided. The game vs
sir jelloton on the other hand does matter; they both scheduled for last Saturday but missed each other, and had a last attempt at playing this weekend but were unable to get it done. This game's result will be coinflipped:
Aldrich receives the coinflip win for that game.
Crunchman is first and will advance to the next stage,
Chloe and
eliana. play a best-of-one tiebreak for the second spot, with the winner advancing.
Kyurem-Black Pool
Yuichi has uncompleted games against
damien the genius,
pinorska, and
martinvtran. The game with
damien the genius was scheduled for this Friday,
Yuichi showed at the scheduled time and there was no further response, activity win to
Yuichi. The game with
pinorska was scheduled for last Saturday,
pinorska showed at the scheduled time and there was no further messages from either. Since there was still a week left and only one missed time, there was still onus on
pinorska to follow up, especially since this game was tagged in my post earlier this week about games which still need scheduled, so that game will be coinflipped.
The game with
martinvtran is the most contentious of the tour, despite a long list of VMs the game remains uncompleted, and both players have attemped to call act on each other (
Yuichi did so over Discord). To sum it up,
Yuichi gave a window of unavailability due to work, which unfortunately finished quite late for
martinvtran (9pm/11pm respectively).
Yuichi said they "
should be free" this Saturday 9pm onwards the night before,
martinvtran agreed <2 hours before that time while
Yuichi was at work, and was on until 11pm while
Yuichi did not show. On Sunday there was again no concrete time but 9pm was loosely set,
Yuichi claims to have been on since 8:30, with
martinvtran presumably being on from before that, at 9:06
Yuichi messaged on PS and Smogon, and went offline at 9:18, immediately after
martinvtran replied on PS and shortly before they replied on Smogon too. My thoughts are that both sides are at fault, from the get-go
Yuichi had a quite restricted availability, but
martinvtran didn't fully list their own until Saturday either, where a time could have been set in stone if both were better. The missing each other Sunday night similarly strikes me as a situation where more could have been done by both parties. As a result, I think a coinflip would be the most fair outcome here, which consulting with a TD they agree with.
pinorska and
martinvtran receive the coinflip wins.
martinvtran is first and will advance to the next stage,
SMB and
PiesAreReallyCool play a best-of-one tiebreak for the second spot, with the winner advancing.
Landorus Pool
Already completed,
Fangame10 will advance, while
yovan33321,
Shaun | CCGeek, and
Zeal are tiebreaking to decide the second spot.
Metagross Pool
Already completed,
PandaDoux will advance, along with
Shadowmonstr7 who won the tiebreak for the second spot.
Mew Pool
ADF Test was warned before about poor scheduling and didn't rectify the situation,
MZB and
Frixel both called for and will be awarded the activity win meaning all games now have a result.
There is now a tie for first between
Mishimono,
Grandmas Cookin, and
MZB, meaning a tiebreak is required. The three will play best-of-one matches against each other, with the person who loses both matches being eliminated while the other two will advance to the next stage.
Naganadel Pool
leaveamessage initially contacted
yuki but didn't reply to the response, this was a match I tagged to get scheduled earlier this week, and
yuki also sent another message but got nothing back.
yuki receives the activity win, meaning all games now have a result.
yuki and
robjr will advance.
Porygon2 Pool
tob was scheduled with both
Mack Knife and
Marshme1to for this weekend, but neither game was completed. Since there were no further messages or act calls, it appears all parties forgot about the games, which the latter two have confirmed, so both games will flipped:
Mack Knife and
Marshme1to receive the coinflip wins.
There is now a tie for first between
dnagerbdager,
trace, and
Mack Knife, meaning a tiebreak is required. The three will play best-of-one matches against each other, with the person who loses both matches being eliminated while the other two will advance to the next stage.

Tapu Fini Pool
Already completed,

Givrix will advance.
Urshifu Pool
GasaiYunoSan and
NotlPrimRose were scheduled for today, and
NotlPrimRose did not show, activity win for
GasaiYunoSan. With that, all games now have results.

Enzonana.,
NotlPrimRose, and
GasaiYunoSan tie for the second spot. They will now play a best-of-one tiebreak against each other, with the person who wins both matches advancing.
