Double's Team - Looking to Improve

This is a team I've been working on for double's. So far I'm in the 1750 range for the rated matches.
Ive dabbled in competitions but never fully committed to it till this gen. With the new breeding mechanics
it has been much more enjoyable raising competitive Pokemon.

Dusclops - Evolite
HP 252, Def 108, SpDef 148
Ability - Frisk
Nature - Sassy

0 Speed IV

Trick Room
Night Shade
Will-O-Wisp
Pain Split

Pros:
Dusclops is my go to pokemon to set up a Trick Room. I was amazed on how much bulk he had when I first used him with Evolite. Trick Room is the standard and Night Shade is for him to do something in means of damage. Will-O-Wisp keeps Physical attackers away. I was using Rain Dance instead of Pain Split since a few of my Pokemon don't like fire but I found having Pain Split adds to his bulk right when someone thinks they are going to kill him. The reason I dumped a little more EVs into his defense is to survive things like Tyranitar, Aegislash, etc better who have access to Dark or Ghost moves. Most people expect him to have no investment into Defense and it plays in my favor. Frisk gives me a heads up on what my opponent has.

Cons:
Things that really mess with Dusclops are Pokemon with Trick. Taking his evolite is about the worse thing that can happen to him. Taunt is another problem he runs into but Slowbro fixes that. Substitute can be problematic protecting them from Will-O-Wisp and Night Shade.

Slowbro.png

Slowbro - Absorb Bulb
HP 244, SpAtk 156, SpDef 108
Ability - Oblivious
Nature - Quiet

0 Speed IV

Trick Room
Scald
Flamethrower
Psyshock

Pros:
Slowbro is my second Trick Room user. If I see the team preview having a Pokemon who might have taunt, Slowbro is the Pokemon I use. Thanks to Oblivious making him immune to taunts now he can handle Pokemon who would Taunt Dusclops. Dusclops stops Pokemon who would use Fake-Out on Slowbro. Slowbro is amazing once he sets up. I usually pair him with Clawitzer who uses Surf and gives Slowbro an extra boost to his SpAtk. Scald, Flamethrower, and Psyshock have great coverage. I chose Flamethrower to counter the many steel types and grass that would stop Slowbro. The EV spread gives him excellent bulk to survive most attacks and dish damage after the Trick Room.

Cons:
Slowbro is immune to taunt now but sadly can still be shut down with Fake-Out. He doesn't quite have the bulk Dusclops has either. Being weak to Dark and Ghost types has warranted a little concern. Sucker Punch can really ruin his fun without him being able to do much to avoid it once Trick Room is up. Ive considered running Psychic but prefer not to be walled by things like Blissy.

Gigalith.png

Gigalith - Normal Gem
HP 252, Atk 252, SpDef 4
Ability - Sturdy
Nature - Brave

0 Speed IV

Explosion
Rock Slide
Earthquake
Protect

Pros:
Gigalith pairs very well with Dusclops with him being immune to explosion. Explosion plus Normal Gem destroys many things. I love getting that double knock out on people who aren't prepared for it. Having Sturdy and Protect scouts the other sides moves and helps stall until Trick Room goes up. Rock Slide and Earthquake are staples to dealing out damage to his opponents. Gigalith is one of my fastest Pokemon after Trick Room goes up and with his attack can destroy the other side. He is my go to counter for Talonflame since they are so popular this generation. EV spread is expected to give him as much bite and bulk possible.

Cons:
Anyone expecting the Explosion can Protect out of it or even worse, use Wide Guard. Mega Kangaskhan with Power Up punch ruins his Sturdy. Even with the increase in his SpDef this gen, he still cant take special attacks very well. Sad thing he is very predictable if people are prepared for him.

Clawitzer.png

Clawitzer - Assault Vest
HP 176, SpAtk 252, SpDef 80
Ability - Mega Launcher
Nature - Quiet

0 Speed IV

Surf
Dark Pulse
Aura Sphere
Ice Beam

Pros:
I cannot stress how amazing this thing is. Clawitzer was the Pokemon I was most excited about and he didn't disappoint. Most people just see something with meh stats and a big SpAtk, I see a beast who can soak up damage and provide some of the best coverage ever for a Trick Room team. Mega Launcher makes Dark Pulse and Aura sphere hit hard. Ice Beam is for grass types and the few remaining dragons who remain this generation. Surf is his main attack hitting both opponents. Surf combined with Slowbros absorb bulb helps his teammate hit harder. Assault Vest is amazing and helps him live through threats like Rotom expecting him to go down with a simple thunderbolt.

Cons:
Clawitzer's Def doesn't help it much. Some bigger hitting Pokemon with high attack can ruin his fun. Again, Trick can really hamper what makes Clawitzer so good. Pokemon with high SpDef can wall Clawitzer all day.

MegaMawile.png

Mawile - Mawilite
HP 252, Atk 252, 4 Def
Ability - Intimidate/Huge Power
Nature - Brave

0 Speed IV

Rock Slide
Play Nice
Crunch/Sucker Punch
Swords Dance/Protect

Pros:
Mawile is probably the most blessed Mega Pokemon this generation. His only fault is his low Health and Speed but Trick Room fixes one of those. Having Intimidate scares off physical attackers. Huge Power is simply amazing combined with Rock Slide. Play Nice checks Dragon and Dark types. The 3rd slot I haven't fully decided on. Sucker Punch can surprise a lot of Pokemon but Crunch is a little more dependable. Right now I'm running Sucker Punch. Swords Dance pumps his attack to insane levels but Protect can stall until Trick Room goes up.

Cons:
Most Fire Type Pokemon can destroy Mawile sadly. I wish Mawile had a wider move pool to cover more threats. Aegislash loves playing roulette with Mawile guessing between his Swords Dance or Kings Shield. Will-O-Wisp shuts him out completely. Skill Swap can really make my Huge Power backfire.

Ferrothorn.png

Ferrothorn - Leftovers
HP 252, Def 20, SpDef 236
Ability - Iron Thorns
Nature - Sassy

0 Speed IV

Gyro Ball
Leech Seed
Protect
Power Whip

Pros:
Ferrothorn is amazing in a Trick Room. He can attack, defend, and support my team with this setup. He tends to be the target of Will-O-Wisp but thanks to Leech Seed he isn't a sitting duck if they hit me with it. Being immune to Spore helps alot. Protect allows him to stall and heal off some damage or scout. Power Whip is for water types like Rotom. Gyro ball is simply amazing, enough said. The EV spread is to soak up special attacks. Most people assume Ferrothorn is Def EV invested and Iron Thorns steer people from using physical attacks on him.

Cons:
With the current EV setup Ferrothorn fears fighting type Pokemon, namely Hitmontop. Fire types destory him with little effort.

Conclusion
So far my team has done much better than I expected. I haven't came across it but I know impression could destroy my set up. I feel like I need to battle a wider range of players since a majority of people are using the exact same teams. I constantly see Aegislash which is a big thorn in my side. Luckily Will-O-Wisp can go through King's Shield but if it gets a Swords Dance off and has Shadow Sneak it can sweep easily. Fake Out is a hated ability of mine, luckily Dusclops is immune to it. Taunt can very annoying also. Dark and Ghost attacks are what I fear most, they shut down my Trick Room users. I really am looking for any suggestions on how to make my team better. So thanks in advance! ^.^
