Doubles Trick Room Team

Alright, so I've been into competitive battling for a while, and I saw Shuckle was a brilliant wall. But when I looked deeper into it; I found out one move he could use. Power Trick. And so, from this, I found a way to build a good-looking trick room team, though I have yet to test it. I would love any corrections/recommendations for replacements!

NOTE: Changes will be in red!
---------------------------------------------------------------------

250px-464Rhyperior.png

Rhyperior @ Life Orb
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Ice Punch
- Protect

This guy is my first sweeper, and my Physical Sweeper. He's pretty obviously there to wreck people up, with his low speed allowing him to move first in Trick Room, and his 140 base attack allowing him to wreck a lot of things, especially with a diverse moveset.

250px-488Cresselia.png

Moon 'mon (Cresselia) (F) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Def / 212 SpD
Bold Nature
- Psychic

- Light Screen
- Trick Room
- Ice Beam

Cresselia is my main Trick Room user. The Focus Sash will keep her alive to at least deploy Trick Room, but if she survives longer than that she can set up heavy barriers to stop incoming damage. And her last move is the icing on the cake, only there to revive Rhyperior if it gets taken out or something. Levitate is also useful to stop her being taken out by Earthquake on Rhyperior. This one will most likely be switched out after creating the Trick Room, however, and be replaced with my next one.

250px-591Amoonguss.png

Shroomball (Amoonguss) (M) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Protect
- Rage Powder
- Spore
- Giga Drain

Amoonguss is my main "attack cushion", as I like to call it. He'll be brought in after Cresselia to force the opponent to attack him, put them to sleep, and generally stay alive as much as possible to allow Rhyperior to wreck. The Air Balloon is there for obvious reasons (to stop Earthquake wrecking him, at least for a while). So, yeah, there's really not much else to say about this one. He's just there to stay alive until Cresselia needs to Trick Room again, using his ability to regain any HP he lost.

250px-579Reuniclus.png

Doctor Fetus (Reuniclus) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Psychic
- Energy Ball
- Shadow Ball
- Recover

And of course, it had to be here, a special sweeper. This 'mon is pretty much ideal for the job with his insanely high SAtk stat, combined with one of the lowest speeds of any fully-evolved Pokémon. Same deal as Rhyperior, except he's much less likely to be OTK'd, and therefore he can have some more diverse moves. I gave him recover, however, because it's more suited to my needs. I can have him holding a Focus Sash if he doesn't need a Chesto Berry to wake him up.

250px-609Chandelure.png

Chandelure (F) @ Mental Herb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Trick Room
- Protect
- Heat Wave
- Shadow Ball

Here we have my secondary Trick Room setup 'mon. The moveset is essentially the same as Cresselia's, though the revival move isn't /quite/ as good. Though the set-up is the same. Trick Room/Reflect/Light Screen until fully satisfied, then switch out to one of the attack cushions. Not much else to say about this one, but it's almost as tanky as Cresselia.

250px-036Clefable.png

Clefable @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Follow Me
- Aromatherapy
- Protect
- Dazzling Gleam

And here's my secondary attack cushion. The moveset is generally the same, though less focused on slowing the enemies' attacks down and more focused on staying alive, healing, and maybe dealing some damage out via Dazzling Gleam. Again, not much to say, mainly for when typing is too much of a problem for Amoonguss to come out.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Possible threats to the team:

250px-681Aegislash.png

Aegislash is a huge risk against my team with it's famous high-priority move Shadow Sneak. Because Trick Room doesn't mean shit when it comes to priority, this guy could easily sweep over half my team.

250px-485Heatran.png

Heatran is another massive risk to my team, as only one of my members can reasonably take him on. Other than that, he could easily set up a high-power move and take me down.

250px-642Thundurus.png

And Thundurus is the last notable risk to my team, with Prankster Taunt combination that will leave my Trick Room strats useless against it.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

And that's pretty much it. I'm mostly open to suggestion, and I realize that this team is pretty volatile. Though, if anyone knows how to change that, I'd love to be told what to change. ^^

1.I'm not that gr8 w/ changes, but i can tell you what threatens the ever-living hail out of your team.
aegislash-blade.png
this little TR-breaking baby demolishes your team , hitting 5-out-of 6 of your main mons super-effectively with it's dual-stab. You should add a threats section btw, that would help raters out with seeing how to shift around your team.
2. the 2nd big thret to your team is
485.gif
as literally nothing on your team can touch it if shuckle is gone, and it can proceed to set up a sub and heat wave to it's heart's desires. Another mon that p much screws up your whole strategy is
642.gif
as he has access to prankster taunt, which completely ignores TR, and shuts down your TR users in general, shuts down your shuck from power tricking etc.

3. I hate to say it but, you gotta take shuckle off of the team. It will end up being more of a hindrance than a help with pathetic defenses after a power trick, the constant offensive pressure in doubles (that I'm used to playing against) will kill it off easily before it gets to do anything.

*suggested changes: change shuckle to rhyperior, as rhyperior has great physical bulk, while having a monstrous base 140 attack stat at the same dang time.

rok rekr (Rhyperior) @ Life Orb
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Ice Punch
- Protect

Hope this helped, will prolly be back to edit more tomorrow, but i gtg off for tonight

Yeah, Shuckle was actually the one I was most unsure about, I was hoping that he could stay simply because he can pretty much OHKO anything when he's set up right, but it's probably better to have a more diverse physical attacker. I think Rhyperior fits that bill perfectly. What would you recommend to eliminate my weakness to Thundurus/Aegislash? I'll add these to my Threats section, I didn't even think to set that up when making this, aha.

I can't help but notice you have a glaring weakness to both Scizor and Bisharp, who both beat 5/6 mons by themselves and are still Neutral STAB to Amoongus. Neither of them fear anything on your team with a Lum Berry for Spore blocking, and will run over your entire team. For Scizor, you could try running Chandelure as your secondary sweeper over Musharna, giving you a bit more offensive presence. If you give it Substitute, it can even beat Bisharp if you pair it up with Follow Me support. This will also help your glaring Heatran issue with Flash Fire.

I'll TL DR it later with some sets when I'm at a computer and not my phone.

Also, cool Cress set, but it's not very good. More on that later.

ok TLDR sets real quick.

Chandy swapped in for Musharna. Simple 252 HP/252 SpAtk Modest. Trick Room/Protect/Heat Wave/Shadow Ball. Mental Herb or Life Orb. Flash Fire.

Cress set change

Moon 'mon (Cresselia) (F) @ Focus Sash Sitrus
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 112 Def / 144 SDef / 252 Spd 252 HP / 40 Def / 212 SpD
Impish Bold Nature
- Reflect Psyshock/Psychic
- Light Screen
- Trick Room
- Lunar Dance Ice Beam

Standard TR Cress would be best here. You COULD swap out Ice Beam for Rest (Chesto Resto Cress is really good for the longevity), but that's a personal choice. In that instance, I'd run Moonblast over Psychic/Shock and Chesto Berry.

Good luck!

the reason aegis is dangerous is threatening to your team is more mainly because of his omnipresent special set of shadowball/flash cannon/king's shield/wideguard, not because of prio shadow sneak m8. Just because of how hard that coverage hits your team
