Alright, so I decided to use CB Swampert the other day, and I wasn't really impressed with the EV spread. It was a simple 252/252 one, and I wasn't quite satisfied with that. So here goes...

[SET]
name: Choice Bander
move 1: Earthquake
move 2: Ice Punch
move 3: Stone Edge
move 4: Waterfall
item: Choice Band
nature: Adamant
ability: Torrent
evs: 108 hp / 204 atk / 96 def / 100 spe
[SET COMMENTS]

Although dropping some defensive EVs and Leftovers means this Swampert can't take hits as well as other sets, you have the element of surprise on your side here. Few people will expect Swampert to hit this hard, and with a potential Attack stat of 505 with Choice Band, coupled with its impressive physical movepool, you can make quite a dent in your opponent's team. Ice Punch is preferred to Avalanche as it provides more power against incoming Pokémon.

Focus Punch or Hammer Arm can be used in either of the last two slots for a more powerful option against Blissey, although only Focus Punch will guarantee a OHKO. However, they are both lesser options, as Earthquake and Waterfall will always 2HKO the standard 20 hp/252 def Calm Blissey, and Fighting and Ground have redundant type coverage.

The EV spread is quite simple, even if it appears complicated at first glance. 100 speed EV's will give Swampert a speed stat of 181. This beats all those pokemon such as Skarmory, Magnezone, Tyranitar and Metagross which hang around this region. In particular, the extra speed allows the user to have a chance of beating Skarmory 1 on 1 due to flinch. The 204 attack EV's allow Swampert to hit a stat of 505 with a Choice Band. Waterfall does a minimum of 55 % damage to 20 hp/252 def Calm Blissey. 108 EV's are placed in hp so that Swampert has a very high chance of being 4HKOed by a + Speed Heatran's Fire Blast/Earth Power (assuming no Stealth Rock). Without any defensive EV's, after Stealth Rock a Tyranitar has a slight chance of 2HKOing Swampert with CB Stone Edge, so the remaining 96 EV's are placed in defense to remedy that.

So yeah there you have it, I think this could use a fair bit of fixing, so point out any mistakes you see and I'll edit in your corrections.
