Nidoking may lack the mighty Sword dance but it doesn't mean he can't raise his stats for an epic rampage. With a few Bulk ups not only will Nidoking's attack power increase but it can raise his defences to make him a worthy physical tank in the UU and maybe even the OU.
With physical STAB Earthquake , Poision jab and a couple Bulk ups Nidoking can dish out some heavy damage. Sucker punch also gets a nice boost from Bulk up which gives Nidoking a deadly priortity move in it's arsenal. Boosted fire punch and thunderpunch can also be considered to take on Pokemon such as Gyarados and Skarmory or just to cover up the bulky king's weakness's. Megahorn can also be considered with it's large physical 120 base power that also gets amped by Bulk up.
When selecting Evs you can go for the typical pysical sweeper spread or invest in tanking Evs such as defence and hp to get the defencive benfits of Bulk up. An adamant nature with a life orb is for those whotake the physical sweeper spread and an impish nature with Black sludge or leftovers is for the tanking spread. So you can pick which verison of Bulk up is bset for you.
