Tyranitar @ Chople Berry
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch
- Fire Punch
- Aqua Tail

Dragon Dance Tyranitar isn't anything new, but with an influx of Dragon Dance spam hyper offenses, it got more traction as an important piece of those teams. Boasting good bulk and typing to set up on the likes of Choice-locked Latias and Rotom-A while providing constant sand chip damage, Tyranitar does a great job softening up the opposition for other sweepers or even finishing games by itself. Aside from the spammable Crunch, the two remaining attacking moves have mostly formed a new standard on Dragon Dance Tyranitar: Aqua Tail targets both of Heatran and Ground-types like Gliscor and Hippowdon, which somewhat compresses both Ice Punch and Earthquake, while Fire Punch hits the likes of Jirachi, Breloom, and Scizor and accumulates crucial damage on Skarmory. Chople Berry cuts one of the most common ways to deal with this Tyranitar in Breloom's Mach Punch, in addition to having some different uses like trading with an opposing Gengar. Gyarados and Dragonite form the traditional Dragon Dance spam core alongside Tyranitar, which aims to overwhelm the opponent with brute physical force. Other heavy hitters, notably Explosion users like Metagross, Heatran, and Bronzong, further stack the pressure on the opposing team.

Briefly mention how Tyranitar can set up Dragon Dances on the likes of Choice locked Latias and Rotom. You didn't talk about Chople Berry, mention its different uses; how it helps against opposing Breloom trying to revenge kill +1 Tar with Mach Punch (which is a common way of dealing with DD Tar) or trading with opposing Gengar. I would slightly rephrase last sentence and mention heavy hitters in general in addition to exploders like Metagross, Heatran and Bronzong

should be good afterwards

Don't stress about the character limit; the spotlight as it stands is more than fine as it is. Just move it to GP.
