With the highest base attack in UU, Mixpherior should be able to rip through many of the common leads and sweep teams with impunity. Stone Edge hits Honchkrow, Staraptor, Gyarados, and Zapdos for super effective damage, eliminating the threats that come along with it, mainly DD, or CB Gyarados (Waterfall) that would normally OHKO it. Earthquake hits many Pokemon in OU, BL, and UU for fantastic supereffective coverage on many of the common tanks and sweepers, namely, SD Lucario, SD Infernape, and Defensive Hippowdon. Ice Punch takes care of the occasional Altaria, the only UU Dragon and, more importantly Offensive DD Dragonite and CS Salamence, hitting for x4 damage, a guaranteed OHKO after a single Swords Dance. Swords Dance is mainly getting the boost to OHKO some of the bulkier pokemon it may encounter. It can also become a very potent sweeping weapon to many tanks and bulkier leads. Toxic is mainly used to disrupt your opponents lineup, forcing switch-outs and causing your opponent to change strategies. Expert Belt is an excellent option, being able to take down more bulky pokemon. The supereffective boost it gets may OHKO’s that it would normally not have on, for instance, BulkyMence.
