Dracozolt acts as a physical attacker for Dragon teams that can deal heavy damage to slower Pokemon. Bolt Beak is Dracozolt's strongest STAB attack, thanks to the fact that it doubles in power when Dracozolt moves first, allowing it to easily break any slower Pokemon that is not immune to Electric-type attacks such as Hatterene. Outrage is its strongest Dragon-type STAB attack; however, it gets locked into it, allowing Fairy- and Steel-type Pokemon to take advantage of Dracozolt. It also has the option of running Dragon Claw; even though it is weaker, Dragon Claw allows it to switch between attacks. Earthquake allows Dracozolt to hit Steel- and Rock-type Pokemon for super effective damage. Fire Fang can be used to hit Pokemon such as Ferrothorn. Hustle also increases its damage output, allowing it to hit Pokemon such as Hatterene for more damage; however, it decreases its accuracy.

All of Dracozolt's teammates appreciate its ability to act as a strong wallbreaker, provide itself as a Flying-resistant teammate, and break past Flying- and Water-types with Bolt Beak. Dracovish, in particular, appreciates its ability to pick off Water-type Pokemon, allowing it to more readily spam Fishious Rend. Dracozolt appreciates Duraludon's ability to act as a secondary Flying-resistant Pokemon and set Stealth Rock, allowing it to be a more effective wallbreaker. Choice Specs Dragapult and Hydreigon form a strong offensive core with it, able to practically muscle through every Pokemon in the metagame. It also appreciates Hydreigon and Noivern's ability to switch into Ground-type attacks for it. Kommo-o appreciates its ability to take care of Pokemon such as Toxapex for it, while Kommo-o can break past Pokemon like Hippowdon for Dracozolt, in return.

-How you talk about Outrage and Dragon Claw is odd. Talk about it in simpler terms, or rephrase your current wording to make it clearer.
-Combine the sentences talking about the differences between Earthquake's and Low Kick's different targets; i.e. "However, Earthquake also threatens....while Low Kick is used for..." and etc.
-If you're going to use Ferrothorn as the Fire Fang example, clarify the difference in damage between Fire Fang and Low Kick. Neither kill max HP / Def Ferrothorn from full, but there's a clear distinction in damage (provided it hits).
-Optional, but I'd have a slight mention of Hustle here as well, since it really influences Dracozolt's damage output and move accuracy.

Other than that, just be careful with your wording/phrasing; they can be rather ambiguous at times.

Personally I think Choice Band is the best set. We can discuss this in QC chat with the others but that's my first suggestion.

In the line about Outrage mention that while locked in, certain Pokemon such as Fairy- and Steel-types can take advantage. Also talk about Hustle like Havens said, it's a pretty important factor for Dracozolt since its what gives it so much power but at the cost of low accuracy.

Put everything about Low Kick in one line. Bolt Beak does more damage to Rock- and Normal-types so list some examples like Tyranitar and Obstagoon / Diggersby where Low Kick would be better.

I'd remove the last line about EVs since its pretty basic stuff.

Mention Kommo-o as a teammate and how it appreciates Dracozolt's ability to threaten Toxapex which can Haze Kommo-o's boosts.
