[SET COMMENTS]

Due to its high Attack and Speed-doubling ability Sand Rush, Dracozolt is a strong wallbreaker on sand teams. Already able to outspeed nearly the entire metagame in sand, including Pokemon like Urshifu-R and Salamence, Dracozolt can outrun nearly any Pokemon with Dragon Dance while boosting its Attack. Dracozolt leverages this massive Speed to double the Base Power of Bolt Beak and tear through walls like Toxapex and Clefable. Dragon Darts hits Dragon-types like Latios and Salamence super effectively, and it hits Ground-types like Seismitoad. Fire Fang allows Dracozolt to threaten Steel-types like Ferrothorn and Excadrill. Substitute can be run instead of Fire Fang to protect Dracozolt from revenge killers and status, making it harder to switch around. If Substitute is run, Leftovers should replace Life Orb to allow Dracozolt more uses of Substitute. Dracozolt is appreciated by slower defensive teammates like Seismitoad and Skarmory for outspeeding and KOing opposing threats. Because Dracozolt relies on sand to perform effectively, a Sand Stream Pokemon like Tyranitar and Hippowdon is necessary. Spikes setters like Ferrothorn and Knock Off users like Tyranitar and Tornadus-T can wear down Ground-types, with Knock Off removing Heavy-Duty Boots to rack up Spikes damage, making them easier for Dracozolt to break through. Pokemon like Rillaboom and Rotom-Wash that can switch into Ground-type moves and offensively threaten Ground-types are also valuable, especially since Dracozolt's average defensive stats make it struggle to take hits. Dracozolt is also vulnerable to getting worn down by entry hazards on top of Life Orb recoil, so it appreciates entry hazard removers like Corviknight and Clefable. Excadrill is also a notably good partner for Dracozolt, as they both enjoy sand with Sand Rush and Excadrill can weaken opposing Ground-types for Dracozolt to finish off and vice versa.

[SET COMMENTS]

Due to its high Attack and speed-doubling ability Sand Rush, Dracozolt is a strong wallbreaker on sand teams. Already able to outspeed nearly the entire metagame while sand is active, including Pokemon like Urshifu-R and Salamence, a boost from Dragon Dance allows it outrun nearly any Pokemon, while boosting his attack. Dracozolt leverages this massive Speed to double the power of Bolt Beak and tear through defensive walls like Toxapex and Clefable. Dragon Darts hits Dragon-types like Latios and Salamence super effectively, and can break an opposing Pokemon's Substitute and still deal damage to it. its also able to break through Ground-types like Seismitoad. Fire Fang allows Dracozolt to threaten common Steel-types like Ferrothorn and Excadrill with 2HKOs. Substitute can be run instead of Fire Fang to make protect Dracozolt from being easily revenge killed, and let it avoid status while making it harder to switch around. If Substitute is run, Life Orb should be replaced with Leftovers to allow Dracozolt more uses of Substitute. Dracozolt is appreciated by slower defensive teammates like Seismitoad and Skarmory for its ability to outspeed and KO opposing threats. Because Dracozolt is reliant on sand to perform effectively, Sand Stream Pokemon like Tyranitar and Hippowdon are necessary teammates. Pokemon like Rillaboom and Rotom-Wash that can switch into Ground-type moves are also valuable, as Dracozolt's average defensive stats make it difficult for it to take hits. Dracozolt is also vulnerable to getting worn down by chip damage from entry hazards on top of Life Orb recoil, so it appreciates entry hazard removers like Corviknight and Clefable.

Dragon Darts hits Dragon-types like Latios and Salamence super effectively, and can break through Ground-types like Seismitoad.
252+ Atk Life Orb Dracozolt Dragon Darts (2 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Seismitoad: 172-202 (41.5 - 48.7%) -- approx. 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

+1 252+ Atk Life Orb Dracozolt Dragon Darts (2 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Seismitoad: 252-298 (60.8 - 71.9%) -- approx. 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

+1 252+ Atk Dracozolt Dragon Darts (2 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Seismitoad: 194-230 (46.8 - 55.5%) -- approx. 11.7% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

0 Atk Seismitoad Thousand Waves vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Dracozolt: 204-242 (63.5 - 75.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
You more than likely don't beat toad unless you dd up on the switch then darts (assuming they don't predict that and just Shore Up in sand to take 0 damage) you'll end the 1v1 at like 5%, so I wouldn't say it can effectively break toad, more just deal chip to it and force recovery.

When you mention slower Pokemon like skarm and toad as well as the sand setters I think Spikes are important to mention for this, as well as Knock on ttar for boots grounds since ttar invites those in too but allows zolt to actually break after some smart pivoting. I'd also mention Ferro for Spikes / Knock and Torn-T for Knock as partners since they're huge on sand and really help chip stuff down. Zolt has almost no concrete answers if you aren't Bolt Beak immune so wearing those down is a huge part of its gameplan.

Pokemon like Rillaboom and Rotom-Wash that can switch into Ground-type moves and offensively threaten Ground-type Pokemon are also valuable,

Exca can also be added as a nice partner bc they break the grounds for each other to clean, and zolt beats the steel birds as well + sand core synergy always good.
