SS OU Dragalge VoltTurn!

Hey, been having some decent success on the ladder with this team, however it definitely has some issues I'd like to try and clear up. Bear with me if my explanations don't make sense, I can go into more detail I'm just bad at articulating:psygrump:

The Team

Dragalge @ Assault Vest
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Flip Turn
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast

Pretty much the star of the team - adaptability draco is incredibly difficult to switch into especially with the threat of sludge wave against most fairies. AV allows it to tank most special hits in the tier, and the added utility of Flip Turn lets it tank hits for either Vaporeon or an attacker to come in. It serves as the main breaker for the team and is generally just useful as a switch in or as a special tank, especially with Vaporeon's wish support.

Druddigon @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Glare
- Sucker Punch / Earthquake
- Dragon Claw

I included Druddigon mainly to serve as the rocker but also as I was having some issues with Rillaboom and especially Zeraora, with the main bulky mons on the team both being weak to Electric. Glare also helps with speed control; considering this is generally a fairly slow team crippling something with it in the early game can be extremely helpful. Sucker & Dragon Claw just help to chip away or finish off things, freeing up Urshifu to sweep (which is generally your end goal).

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Flip Turn
- Wish
- Protect
- Scald

With the addition of Flip Turn, Vaporeon is now a ridiculously good wish passer - before the DLC dropped I was mainly using it as a Cinderace check but now I find it to be much more useful. Scald pressures most physical attackers well, and it can get a wish off pretty easily then tank a hit before passing. Keeping it alive is super important since you're often going to be playing the long game trying to get a kill with Rotom and Dragalge as they take chip damage.

Rotom-Heat @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Overheat
- Sucker Punch
- Nasty Plot

Another important breaker for the team, although I've considered switching it out for a physical setup mon since I've had issues breaking down Chansey etc which I'll go into in a bit. However, Rotom still has a great typing and is super key for setting up on and killing pex. It also hits the hardest out of all the voltturn users on the team so it's pretty often a go to pivot for putting on pressure. Sucker might seem gimmicky on the surface and, well, it definitely works best as a surprise tech but I've found it super useful for stopping some sweepers, especially sash users.

Corviknight @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- U-turn
- Defog
- Roost
- Brave Bird

A strong pivot and most importantly the defogger of the team. Spdef is good right now because of being trapped by Magnezone, and brave bird has been much more useful than iron head - it can kill Volcarona in a desperate situation although it's dependant on what fire STAB they're running. Otherwise, it's pretty standard corv - serves as a strong switch in and pivot as well as pairing well with Vaporeon & Druddigon. I've found it to be the weakest link of the team on occasions, but it's hard to replace it.

Urshifu @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Wicked Blow
- U-turn
- Stone Edge

The scarfer and main cleaner of the team - it's a huge threat lategame and will often just sweep with enough chip on your opponent's team. Often, you'll have to play the long game and save it for as long as possible, however you can bring it in as a u-turn pivot or just to finish a threat off. It can't hit fairies however I felt that this team was struggling with Volcarona and I opted for stone edge as a last resort option. Other dark stabs / sucker are also an option but I found wicked blow to just be most effective.

Problems

- Magearna, while this team can deal with it defensively, I've had a hard time killing especially AV mag.
- It struggles with status conditions and if possible I'd like to try and fit on a cleric - a lot of the mons on this team get destroyed by toxic.
- Setup sweepers in general can be an issue, although I've done my best to mitigate them with with priority etc.

Hopefully I've done this right, and any help is appreciated!
