Hippowdon (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Toxic
- Slack Off
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

not the normal set at all, toxic works quite nicely with earthquake. toxic non-steel pokemon earthquake the steel types. stonge edge to hit flying types a bit harder, by no means an ohko on gyara, but he normaly taunts and i hit for about 30% then switch to dnite who t-waves him.

EVs: 212 HP/252 Def/44 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Charm
- Light Screen
- Softboiled
- Flamethrower

figured i'd try this bad boy girl out. main purpose is to take ice beams and sp. grass attacks. and flamethrower back. lightsrceen to help out the ice weakness.

EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

this team has done pretty well for me on shoddy not great but well. iam thinking bout dropping kingdra for mence.

rate/hate/whatever

As you probably already know, your team is very, very, very weak to Ice and Dragon. Kingdra does not work in a SS team because it uses Rain Dance to be successful, so he needs to be gone for sure. If you insist on sticking to so many Dragons, which will not make a very successful team, you need Ice and Dragon resists like Steel types. Also you could use a bulky water over Hippowdon to take away an Ice weak and add a resist. Then use T tar for your sand.

Overall a weak team that can be beat with relative ease

if you're going for a theme, why not finish it. kangaskhan, milotic, and lucario are all "dragons" to some extent and could find some use here.

yea the ice weak comes when the dragons. Hippowdon doesnt really seem to get hit with ice type attacks, expect by enemy Hippowdons which he outspeeds, gets a toxic in and then slacks off the damage, then i switch out. and the hippowdon usally lay a SR down so it all works. and the olny pokemon who actually takes damage form SR has a recovery move in roost.

and the masive ice weak isn't as bad as you might thinck. considering that only a few pokemon on every team carries an ice attack.

plus my chomp has Yache Berry. so it lives through one ice attack at the very least. when you add in the sand strom and the sub it lives through two allowing me to SD up and kill the opposing threat most of the time.

as you can tell i rely on chomp alot. If he dies my chance of wining deceases by 90% (random number), however, i was able to win tiwce when he died early on, without him killing anything.

as for the dragon weak i haven't ran into any dragon attacks so far. *knock on wood* but if i do then i normaly have a dragon out who has a dragon move itself so hopefully i out speed said dragon and ohko it before it does me =).

kingdra has done decent in the sand, being game breaking in some battles and in others lacking.

if i replace anyone its kingdra. it might should be a dragon i might try mence with a yacha. or maybe gyara or milotic if that doesnt work.

gyara seems to fit well in the team already with two electric immunties.
