Hey fgts this is the team I've been using on PO lately and it's been rlly good.
Salamence (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 40 Atk / 252 SAtk / 216 Spd
Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake
- Outrage
At the time when I made this team, Dragonite was #1 in usage and pretty much on everyteam so I didn't want to use it because Dragonite has become a sellout. He used to be cool back in gen 1, but not anymore. So I opted for the underground, original Dragonite; Salamence. I had a lot of knowledge of MixMence from Gen 4 and the fact that it had no safe switch ins, I was immediately sold. The moveset is pretty self explanatory. It gets perfect coverage on everything except random sht like Baloon Heatran but whatever. The EVs allow me to 2HKO the standard Tyranitar with Earthquake and do decent damage to Blissey with Outrage. Max special attack are to hit stuff harder, mainly bulky Waters like Vaporeon and Jellicent, both of which can be OHKO'd after SR. Salamence is a wallbreakers wet-dream; under-rated physical bulk and awesome offensive stats.
Haxorus (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Rivalry
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Outrage
- Dual Chop
- Earthquake
- Brick Break
Next up is another Dragon-type, not Dragonite because it's mainstream. Haxorus is the hardest hitter ever. Period. 147 Base attack, STAB 120 base attack move, yea yea. Since Haxorus's movepool is pretty damn shallow, the moveset is pretty bad. But I only need to use Outrage to fk sht up. Rivalry boosted Outrage can 2HKO the bulkiest walls, except Skarm who is ALMOST 2HKO'd. Dual Chop is for when I'm feeling like a pussy and I'm afraid of being revenged. I usually start to send out Haxorus once Steels are eliminated, which isn't difficult since Salamence is such a boss. Earthquake lets me hit steels pretty nicely and Brick Break is for screens, and that's about it. I went for Rivalry since Outrage does more than enough damage to everything with Levitate except Bronzong.
Heatran (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
- Lava Plume
- Protect
Heatran is probably the most useful Pokemon on my team. It has pretty good synergy with Salamence and sets up the all-important Stealth Rocks. Protect is for scouting things like Landorus who usually come in on this guy. Roar is just for dealing with Volcarona. More importantly, it can kill Scizor, a Pokemon who can take heaping piles of sht on my main attackers for my team.
Terrakion @ Choice Band
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Quick Attack
- X-Scissor
King of the Metagame. Hands down one of the most dangerous Pokemon I've ever used. Terrakion is another hard-hitter for my team and with Haxorus and Salamence as teammates, things can get a little too hot to handle. Terrakion's dual STABs are more than enough to kill sht. The remaining two are pretty bad and unimportant. Quick Attack helps me get that remaining 20% on crap like Latios, Infernape and generally faster Pokemon. Being weak to common priority kinda sucks, but Heatran and Salamence can take out Conkledurr and Scizor.
Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Superpower
- Quick Attack
This where I started to cry when I was making this team. I didn't want to use something Scizor when it's so mainstream it disgusts me but I had no real choice. :( Bullet Punch and U-Turn are the only moves I ever use really. Superpower hits Steels and that's about it. Quick Attack is for more insurance on things like Volcarona and Rotom-W.
Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Trick
I hate myself SOOOOO much for using this core but I was in desperate need of another Levitater, and Water resist. On top of that, I really wanted a choice scarf user instead of relying on priority moves. MixApe craps all over my team if it wins the Speed tie with Terrakion and Rotom-W sorta takes care of it. It can't switch into CC but it can stand a chance by using Hydro Pump.

Salamence (M) @ Life Orb
