Drapion-Jolteon based team

So I'm working on this team for my friend, who wants a team using a Jolteon to baton pass over magnet rise to a Drapion. Its really more of a novelty combination if anything. Also, he detests any sort of legendary, even if the legend is in the UU tier, so I can't use any of those even if it would make his team perfect... The rest of the team is based on keeping the team alive pretty much, and possibly slipping in the chance to make a floating Drapion

Here it is, anyways:

smeargle.jpg
Smeargle @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Own Tempo
6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly
~Trick
~Spore
~Sacred Fire
~U-Turn
I personally like this lead, being able to incapacitate an opponent's slow starter with trick, ex. bronzong. If its a faster lead, say a suicide azelf or something of the sort, I can easily outrun it and put it down with spore. Sacred fire is there partly for novelty and partly because I have a high chance of burning something on the switch. U-Turn is standard.

dp-drapion.png
Drapion @ Black Sludge
Ability: Sniper
6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly
~Night Slash
~Ice Fang
~Earthquake
~Swords Dance
Standard physical sweeping Drapion. I'm not sure if I should take out Ice Fang for something else. Drapion appeals to my friend since its speed stat catches some people off guard. Magnet rise removes it of its weakness once it is baton passed over, and in the desired situation can swords dance to set up.

jolteon.png
Jolteon @ Leftovers
Ability: Volt Absorb
6 HP / 252 Sp. Atk / 252 Spe
Timid
~Hidden Power Ice
~Thunderbolt
~Magnet Rise
~Baton Pass
I used to use substitute over hidden power so that I could baton pass a sub in case I didn't need magnet rise. Hidden power gave me a better option in taking an opponent's pokemon out in revenge killing, but I'm not fond of its power. I'd rather it be able to OHKO a 'Mence or Dragonite.

Crobat @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
6 HP / 252 Sp. Atk / 252 Spe
Timid
~Hidden Power Ground
~Heat Wave
~Nasty Plot
~Air Slash
NP Crobat. This thing makes for a nice special sweeper, and can catch opponents suspecting a more physically inclined set by surprise. Can take on Heatran, which the rest of the team usually has trouble with via hidden power ground.

130.png
Gyarados @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
156 HP / 108 Atk / 100 Def / 144 Spe
Adamant
~Taunt
~Dragon Dance
~Stone Edge
~Waterfall
Standard BulkyDos. I find this pokemon extremely reliable. It can take a hit, taunt the set ups, and can take on teams by itself if the conditions provide. This switch in usually covers Heatran as well, either killing it, forcing a switch meaning I can DD if prediction serves well, or forcing an explosion.

154.gif
Meganium @ Leftovers
Ability: Overgrow
216 HP / 148 Sp.Def / 140 Def / 4 Spe
Calm
~Substitute
~Aromatherapy
~Leech Seed
~Energy Ball
I was experimenting with this one here. I'm fond of the subseed strategy. Aromatherapy isn't doing it for me here, and would like to switch it out. Other than being a cleric and setting up leech seed, this slot is basically open. I put evs to special defense because I want to have a nice special wall. It can take hits, but nothing much in return other than seeds.

Pokemon this team has issues with (as far as i have tested):
Heatran (As I have said above).
Salamence: A somewhat large weakness. A single DD on a physical sweeping mence wrecked this team. Had to sacrifice gyarados to bring its attack down. Hoping Jolteon might have been able to get the OHKO with hp ice (probably something I shouldn't have hoped for), but didn't. Continued to sweep my team until i was down to two pokemon, finishing it off with Drapion.
Ambipom: Mostly because I get faked out at the very beginning, ruining my possible chances of smeargle taking a hit and then being able to status or attack. A life orbed double hit is very painful to the majority of my team, even if under intimidate.

So the rest of the team is flexible apart from Drapion and Jolteon. All suggestions would help. Thanks!

Just got to "uh" your Smeargle lead. Sacred Fire got a 47.5% to burn your opponent on average with the accuracy as a factor, while the damage is completely redundant. If your goal is to burn your opponent, I'd stick with Will-o-Wisp which has a 70% chance of burning, again with the accuracy as a factor. However, if you rely on it to beat Scizor and Abomasnow.. Well, then I'd rather change around on some of your other Pokémon as it's still a pretty bad move.

Bulky Gyarados is a fairly decent Scizor switch-in, resisting U-turn, Bullet Punch, and Superpower, allowing it to beat pretty much any version of Scizor. There's a problem though, namely the lack of recovery. With residual damage all over the place, especially Stealth Rock, Gyarados will have trouble taking hits effectively. Considering Gyarados is your only switch on Pokémon such as Lucario and Heatran Gyarados will be brought down to 50% fairly fast. I'd recommend a ResTalking Waterfall DD-set, who allow Gyarados to function as a better switch-in to these particular Pokémon, and your Cleric Meganium compliments this set a lot.

But oh, about your Meganium, it's completely outclassed by Celebi, and if you're worried about the Pursuit weakness, Shaymin-L is another option. These can run the exact same movesets, but has a higher HP and Special Attack than Meganium. I'd go with Celebi though, as it has Recovery which will help you immensely against other Gyarados'. Also, Recovery makes you a more durable Seeder than with Substitute.

Also, I'd say Baton Passing a Substitute with Jolteon is more useful than Baton Passing a Magnet Rise. Only Drapion would pretty benefit anything from Magnet Rise. Three Pokémon is immune to Ground, and one resist it. Smeargle and Jolteon is taken down by pretty much anything with STAB. Everything on your team could benefit from a Substitute though, and it would ease setup in general for your team, which you have a lot of.

Another thing I've noticed is that you lack a Pokémon who can pose a direct threat, without any need of setup. I'd say Infernape, Mixape in particular, could be a perfect fit in your team, and is a perfect target to pass any Substitutes to. For starters, you don't have to worry about giving Tentacruel a free switch-in. Drapion absorbs those Toxic Spikes, and Celebi/Shaymin gets rid of anyone who'd be inflicted by them. Secondly, Starmie, Vaporeon, and Cresselia, three common switch-ins, won't get past Drapion and Celebi/Shaymin respectively. Needless to say, Infernape would be a great addition to your team. In addition, it will wear down some of Gyarados main counters, Starmie and Vaporeon.. And any bulky water, really. I'd say get rid of Crobat, who currently doesn't do anything special for your team. I'd recommend this set:

Infernape (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 24 Atk/232 Spd/252 SAtk
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Close Combat
- Fire Blast
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Your typical Mixape. I'd stick with Hidden Power Ice as your last move, as it allow Infernape to revengekill as DD-less Salamence.
And yes, your Salamence weakness is huge. I'd recommend getting rid of your Smeargle lead, and put in a Bronzong. The Dragon resistance would be great addition to your team, and Bronzong is in my opinion one of the best leads in the game, and is far more efficient than your Smeargle. Though, you'll have to resort to Explosion to beat any Salamences, but atleast you won't get royally screwed by it.

Geh, I'm in a rush, so I'm sorry if I were a bit unclear.
