Hello, I'm currently playing Pokémon White and I really want to get my hands on a regenerator Foongus. This doesn't seem to be possible as Nintendo is not allowing new registrations for Global Link. Is there any other way to get a regenerator Foongus without trading? Or has Nintendo screwed me with the idiotic idea of making some abilities exclusive to a temporary (very temporary apparently) online service?

But to answer your question, you can also get Regenerator Foongus in the Route 13 Hidden Grotto in Black 2 and White 2 (15% chance iirc). I'm pretty sure there's no way to get any hidden ability Pokemon in White bar Darmanitan (and something else I forget about), so yeah if you want a 5th generation Foongus without trading with others or buying a new game you're a bit stuck.
