aka RU Minitour #6, hosted by me

yo. to counter balance the 'every brokemon is now in the tier', i decided this tour will instead look to bring a bit more balance to a tier. also i luv bw2 ru, hot meta (otherwise the tour name is a v.strong misnomer)

rules:

• tier is bw2 ru, with minor changes that will be addressed in short order
• standard clauses
• bo3 series, b.c i wanna see more games x)
• the following changes will be made to the standard rules and tier listing:
  • scald is banned
  • spikes are limited to one layer (gonna have to go by the honor system here)
  • milotic and claydol are legal

this tour will consistent of however many participants as a i feel like, and sign-ups closing will be determined in a similar fashion. there will probably be hops or what have you for the winner, but real talk, you know you wanna sign up b/c it's a sick meta and you wanna show off how edgy n good @ 'mons you are to your fellow net dwellin keyboard warriors, yeah yeah?
