Hyper Offense. Nuff said. A while back i was running around in rmt for no reason when i stumbled across Scarf Thundurus-T, which was a poke that had me extremely interested. Technically, it outclassed mega manetric as a pivot with higher base SpAtk and speed, as well as better coverage. I yearned to figure this thing out, it seemed like it had a lot of untapped potential. I tried to use it as a normal revenge killer on other teams, but it didnt work. The more i used it the more it seemed like a pivot, just like mega-manetric, a really underrated poke in my books. My first team paired it with talonflame, and I found it to be a very good volt-turn core. It really felt good to use knowing that nobody understood its function. Originally the first team I used with this core didn’t have a whole lot of success, due to me feeling the support wasn’t good. So I revamped it and put it behind screens, as well as add a tried and true core for me in HO with screens: CharX+BD Azu. Then I just added latios as a defogger. Simple enough.
Too lazy to show teambuilding and its stupid anyways for this since i described it somewhat above.
Enough bullshit, to the team:

Dual-Screen Setup. I place this well over Speed for this team, I love its ability to come in mid game often and set up screens again. Taunt surprises a lot of things, and is a very good way to phase. Sometimes I can use it mid battle when I set up screens. Stealth rock is important, obviously, but the best part is when they defog and lose their defogger early, and I bring in this thing again and can put rocks back up. That's just great.
Azumarill @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Aqua Jet
- Play Rough
- Superpower
First part of my breaker core. This dude is soley there to pave the way for CharX to do the same thing, and then soften everything for talonflame and thundurus to kill. Almost always walk in behind both screens and proceed to set up on damn near anything. Then I just destroy so much everything. Aqua jet kills anything waterfall does, so I go for superpower so that i can cover walls such as Ferrothorn. Maybe it is partially suicidal, but it makes this thing much more powerful. I find waterfall doesn't add anything, and really only is filler, as it doesnt KO anything another move or aqua jet doesnt. Therefore i use superpower. This thing is a hole puncher, not a sweeper.
Charizard @ Charizardite X

- Earthquake (Thunder Punch?)
Ahhh....The best sweeper in XY OU right now. Don't try to argue with that. Considering KlefkiHolder's TPunch set. The difference there is I counter Azumarill rather than Heatran. The question is which in their respective cores would i have more trouble with. Other than that, this dude just hits like a truck. Its part of my breaker core, with azumarill, designed to sweep/wallbreak and weaken everything it can't kill. Being realistic, nothing can near-consistently sweep in the mid-to-upper ladder, where people always are thinking about RKing or countering +1 ZardX. This and azumarill are designed to obliterate stuff and dent what it can't kill.
The King of RKers in OU, and a requirement for every offensive volt-turn team:
Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Tailwind
- U-turn
Talonflame. Damn dis nigga scary as hell. I really don't want to sit here and explain this TFlame you all already know, but 3 line requirement. I run Jolly over Adamant, gets me the jump to uturn ttar at +1 and outspeed greninja as well as others (brave bird ohkos greninja anyways). Other than that i am not going to beat a dead point, tailwind over will-o-wisp due to priority dub speed.

Thundurus-Therian (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 Def
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Focus Blast
The Basis of this team, at least partially. Love switching in on electric moves and getting hp back. this thing outclasses both jolteon an mega manetric, it hits harder and is faster than both. specs jolteon hits harder, but is frail as shit and not as fast. running timid to counter scarf exca, which is a problem otherwise for my whole team. Has great utility against all playstyles, Is a revenge killer in HO and has the perfect coverage to hurt a lot of stall variants. Focus blast obliterates ferrothorn and thunderbolt destroys skarmory and mandibuzz, while hidden power ice kills both gliscor and lando-T in momentum stall (btw, next to baton pass momentum stall is the most dangerous playstyle to play against atm, as long as its a really good teambuilder). volt switch with talonflame is a great volt-turn core, and helps me get favorable matchups.
What is this pic lol

TBolt or Ice beam? what should i run.....been trying TBolt after running ice beam for so long whenever i used it, and i make a fuckload of teams, all hyper offense, so this thing gets a lot of use. MVenu destroyer, helps with skarm, which i hate. Also my only answer to non stockpile quag. I don't feel like writing about a defogger so there. Also this thing is way stretched by the pics so i dont need to write more anyways.
Threatlist:
Quagsire: especially Stockpile
no grass move means its a struggle. latios can muscle through it, and thundurus-T to some extent with focus miss, but its still not something i enjoy.
Mega Mawile:
Sucker punch helloooooo. To me mega mawile is a problem for every HO team, its the best mega in the OU meta except it has very little niche on most teams due to most of the sweepers now being megas, and not many of the other sweepers can use mawile well.
More to be added im tired sry.
So that's the team.
Rate, talk, suggest, etc.
