National Dex Dual Screens Hyper Offense with Weakness Policy sweepers

This is an HO team I made based on a couple of weakness policy sweepers and dual screens. I really loved the idea of using weakness policy and using it to help a sweeper sweep, so I decided to combine it with screens. Latias has been one of the most effective users of it from my experience.

Krookodile @ Focus Sash
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock
- Knock Off
- Earthquake

This is the suicide lead. Kroockodile is able prevent Lando leads from setting rocks, and set his own rocks. If he is facing off against something like a Kyruem or Tapu Lele, he can knock off their choice specs in order to make it easier for Latias to set up on them. Stab knock off is really nice to have, which part of why I like using him as my suicide lead. He's really good at screwing over defoggers like Mandibuzz, Zapdos, and Corviknight since he gets rid of their boots and stops them from defogging/roosting.

Tapu Koko @ Light Clay
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Taunt
- U-turn

One of the best screeners in the tier, Tapu Koko is able to consistently set screens and prevent defog thanks to taunt. He keeps momentum with u-turn and isn't set up fodder as long he plays well with taunt. His screens have allowed many sweeps to happen.

Hawlucha @ Electric Seed
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Acrobatics
- Taunt

Hawlucha is a very powerful sweeper when played well. Flying + fighting stab combo and unburden can be very difficult to stop. I chose taunt because it allows him to avoid status, prevent him from being whirlwinded, and stop haze spam.

Latias (F) @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 88 HP / 168 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Stored Power
- Agility
- Aura Sphere

This is one of my favorite weakness policy sweepers. She works extremely well under screens, as she's able to tank hits from many things, even Bisharp, who then proc her weakness policy, greatly increasing the power of stored power. With a weakness policy + calm mind boost, she's able to 2HKO even Blissey. However, agility is more useful against faster offense teams that include mons like Dragapult or scarf Kartana, or rain/sand teams. Played well, she can be a very powerful sweeper, but it's important to keep her away from status if possible, as toxic and paralysis (can be somewhat negated with agility) can greatly limit her.

Scizor-Mega @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD / 208 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Dual Wingbeat
- Superpower

The steel type attacker of this team, he can be a very potent cleaner, as SD boosted bullet punch can finish off weakened teams quite easily. He is a fantastic check to the likes of Rillaboom, who can be problematic for Tyranitar. This particular Scizor is able to take on Magnezone and Heatran thanks to speed investment and Superpower, meaning they cannot stop a mega Scizor sweep. Eliminating Heatran is also very nice for Latias, as it removes a toxic setter. Dual wingbeat enables him take on things like Toxapex, who would otherwise wall him.

Tyranitar @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Fire Punch
- Ice Punch
- Stone Edge

In order to punish defogging when my opponent sends their defogger in on Tapu Koko's u-turn, I decided I wanted a rock type attacker that could deal immediate damage to them should they try to defog in front of him. Tyranitar deals very well with Zapdos and Mandibuzz, who can be problematic for some of my sweepers. He can either stone edge them as they defog, force them out (preserving the screens and hazards), DD, or double swap if they have a strong Tyranitar counter. He's also useful for changing the weather against rain teams, allowing Tapu Koko to screens against swift swimmers, which helps Latias sweep (she can outspeed even Barraskeda with 2 agility boosts and tank things like mega Swampert's ice punch behind screens).

Threat list:

Melmetal - I do not have switch ins into double iron bash, so this thing can be an absolute pain to deal with, especially if it tries to switch into my Tyranitar.

Zapdos - This thing is a pain to deal with for both Hawlucha and Mega-Scizor, which is why I bring Tyranitar. I usually try to predict Zapdos switches and bring in Tyranitar as they bring in Zapdos.

Weavile, Mamoswine - Ice shard users are an absolute pain to deal with for both Hawlucha and Latias. Thankfully Mega Scizor can deal with them relatively well.

Bisharp - he is a huge threat to Latias due to sucker punch. She can only take him on if she is behind a reflect.

Mandibuzz - She is difficult for Latias to deal as Aura sphere does not do enough damage to her, so I try to predict Mandibuzz switches (my opponent usually wants to defog screens pronto so they are fairly predictable) and bring in Tyranitar. I can also use another sweeper to weaken or eliminate her.

Overall this team has done fairly well, and I've made to 1700 on the ladder. It's quite fun to use - I especially love seeing weakness policy proc on Latias and helping her sweep. Any suggestions?

If you don't need Taunt too much, you could try Stone Edge on Hawlucha to lure Zapdos and Mandibuzz, but then you would have a worse matchup against more passive Pokemon, so it could be worse overall. Not certain, just a thought.
