Just wanted to point out that your set can't win since your pokémon HAS to switch in the opponent, meaning if the opponent leads with abra you MUST take an attack on the switch-in AND take another attack on the turn where you can actually do something. Shroomish can't win since Psychic 2HKOes on the switch
Shroomish does have an 11% chance of surviving 2 Abra Psychics, and that chance rises to 90% if it is Poisoned. I already covered all of the scenarios in my post, and I did admit that Shroomish by itself is not the most reliable way to counter the core in general but probably one of the best single mons that can do the job well enough. Like I also said, slapping on any Abra counter and you'll have a solid anti-core, but then it won't just be one Pokemon doing all of the work, will it?

To be a proper counter you have to be able to switch in on any move from either poke and win the match-up, preferably being able to win with a layer of hazard up. It's up to Iss to decide, but that's the minimum requirements for a Poke to be classified as a counter.

Wobbyble, got any calcs for that?
240 SpA Life Orb Abra Hidden Power Fighting vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Eviolite Lickitung: 13-16 (46.42 - 57.14%) -- 12.11% chance to 2HKO
(13, 13, 13, 13, 13, 13, 13, 13, 13, 13, 13, 13, 13, 13, 13, 16)
Lickitung caps at 28 HP, so after switching in and taking a 2nd Hidden Power fighting, you're left at 2 HP assuming no max damage rolls. If there is any form of hazards on the field, then Lickitung loses. Meanwhile, even if there aren't hazards, you will have to spam Wish/Protect to get back to full health and all the while hoping for no Sdef drops from Psychic. Oh, and you have to carry Heal Bell to or you lose to Toxic.

really this core is extremely hard to counter with just one Pokemon, I wouldn't really suggest trying to make a case out of it.

also added some calcs to mine. :)

Tryin eevee

232+ SpA Chinchou Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Eevee: 16-19 (72.72 - 86.36%) -- 50% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock and Spikes

how can eevee win?

You are correct

Uh mainly i thought about quick attack killing abra and then somehow beating chinchou

I tried and it failed, so switching to munchy

single munchlax can't win:
t1 munchlax switches in on hp fighting
t2 hp fighting, munchlax ohko's abra
t3 chinchou cleans up with t-bolt

minimum damage roll 2 hp fighting's + tbolt always KO.

also with rocks:
240 SpA Life Orb Abra Hidden Power Fighting vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Eviolite Munchlax: 13-16 (39.39 - 48.48%) -- 12.11% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock
sr + spikes:
240 SpA Life Orb Abra Hidden Power Fighting vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Eviolite Munchlax: 13-16 (39.39 - 48.48%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Spikes

resttalk is pretty unreliable too so idk about that but if you get really lucky it can win.

btw im using amnesia munchlax

Munchlax @ Eviolite
Ability: Thick Fat
Level: 5
EVs: 236 SDef / 36 Atk / 236 HP
Careful Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SAtk
- Return
- Amnesia
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
Basically if chinchou is on the field it's set-up bait for munchlax, who can sweep at +2. If Abra is on the field and goes for HP fighting basically set-up an amnesia then resttalk and abra is dead.

Explain how you plan to switch into HP Fighting and 1) click Amnesia and die to the 3rd Hidden Power or 2) Rest and hope to dear lord RestTalk picks right for you.
Relying on the latter strategy is generally unreliable, since if you pick Rest on the 1st turn of sleep against Abra, Munchlax would lose. A 33% chance to lose against a part of this core can be considered shaky, but it will be up to iss to decide whether it would be enough.
