What is the bug?
For Pokemon with variants (such as regional variants or gender-related differences it seems, and also Mega Forms) they appear twice in the teambuilder. Both copies seem to function perfectly fine teambuilder-wise however.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
By typing in Basculegion, Decidueye, or Ninetales, you can replicate this effect. Below are screenshots of how it appears on my end.
