arcanine doesnt suck, its just that ur moveset does. get safeguard over bite, and curse over take down to power extremespeed without worrying about speed loss. attach a miracleberry since ur starting with him.

um no espeon has no physical attack whatsoever. get reflect over swift, and bite over shadow ball.

he needs to do more than just attack. put light screen over surf. t-bolt is obviously better than punch. t-wave over outrage for sure.

uh no thrash is not standard, it sux. put fire blast or ice beam over it. leftovers or scope lens also work here, but so does quick claw.

his special attack isnt good enough for ice beam, so put eq over it. hydro pump over surf, because of the low SA. Curse over dynamicpunch and rock slide/HP:Bug over slash. attach a leftovers or a quick claw.

its not too bad, just seems to be too in-gamish. 7.5/10.
 
Dude the standard Mixttar set is Fire Blast, Rock Slide, Earthquake, and Crunch; What does Thrash do that Earthquake/Rock Slide can't? Hell even Return is better.
