This tournament will feature Doubles OU, in the form of 5x SV, 1x SS, 1x SM, and 1x XY slots. You will be permitted to have 4 substitutes, for a maximum roster of 12 players. Managers are encouraged to play.
All teams that look likely to form when manager signups end will be allowed to play in DWCoP (there is no limit on teams, but we will be looking for an even number and a multiple of 4; there will be a qualifying round to cut the main event to a multiple of 4, if needed). If your country does not form, you may be allowed to join your continental team, if it exists.
All managers MUST be in the Smogon Doubles OU Discord to participate in DWCoP.
