A reasonably good pokemon, can get 1 hit KO easily though. Luckily it has ice punch but Quagsire, Whiscash and Semistoad as they can use Earthquake with ease so have a grass or flying pokemon eg Staraptor, Tornadus, Crobat, Dodrio, Ninjask, Thundurus, Landorus. They can deal a lot of damage also. You may think Archeops or Aerodactyl but theyre not good at holding line can get killed easily even though they have good move coverage.
Electivire should have thunderpunch always. Its essential, earthquake, ice punch and fire punch/optional. Can be used for Forretress or any grass/bug/steel. Wild Bolt is a good move also and the nature should be Jolly or Adamant. Jolly for speed, Adamant for good attack. Give it speed and attack evs and maybe a bit of defense evs. Item should be Shuca Berry or Balloon. I say it can be bad but also good if u know how to use it and when a ground switches in switch out or use ice punch
