SM OU Electric/Water Competition Strategy Team

Please rate my team, I am using this team for competitive use. I may also accept advice on moves, Items, and ways to use(Please include move type, Pokemon, and how to obtain for moves and items) thanks. Rules: http://www.smogon.com/dex/sm/formats/ou/

(I have yet to figure out how to measure my Pokemon's EV's/IV's so I'll simply post the stats of my Pokemon, Sorry and Thank you)

Pokemon 1

lvl 100: Toxapex: Water, Poison
Nature
: Timid
Role: Toxapex is probably the most valuable Pokemon on my team, it knows baneful Bunker, which protects it from damage from physical and special attack moves and poisons attackers using a physical attack. Toxapex is also quite valuable in its defense, speed, and special defense, meaning it can overpower a lot of Pokemon so long as they are vulnerable to poison type moves and the Pokemon gains more power if the target is poisoned. Toxapex has the move scald for the purpose of multiple type coverage and burn capabilities. Toxapex's poison increases in damage so once a Pokemon is poisoned it doesn't have long before it needs to be healed or switched out. Poison spikes is a move that most likely should be used turn 1 to poison the opponent's switching Pokemon and poison them.
Item-Poison Barb(Poison type moves boost 20% power)
Ability-Merciless(Critical attacks against poisoned Pokemon)
Stats/Judge
Pretty good:HP:234
Best-Attack:200
Pretty good:Defense-360
Fantastic-Speed:126
Best-Special Defense:320
Pretty good-Special Attack:152
Moves
-Baneful Bunker(Protects Pokemon and poisons attackers using physical moves)
-Toxic Spikes(Poisons Pokemon switching out )
-Scald(May burn target)
-Sludge wave(Critical attack from merciless, Increased damage from poison barb)

Pokemon 2
lvl 100: Lanturn: Water, Electric
Nature
: Lax
Role: Lanturn is overall a major Pokemon in my team as it covers my most obvious weakness of electricity while also being super effective to any Pokemon it comes across, thanks to the move soak. It gains HP when hit with an electric type move and can affect normal type moves using Ion deluge. Soak weakens the opponent Pokemon to electric and grass moves, so it has the possibility to be very effective against any type of Pokemon, no matter the immunities, even grass types can be threatened by it(so long as they are not fast/strong enough to defeat it before soak and Thunderbolt.
Item- Air balloon(Immunity to ground type moves)
Ability- Volt Absorb(Immunity/HP recovery from electric moves)
Stats/Judge
Pretty good:HP-383
Pretty good:Attack-205
Hyper Trained:Defense-206
Hyper Trained:Speed-186
Hyper Trained:Special Defense-169
Decent:Special Attack-179
Moves
-Ion Deluge(Transforms Normal moves to electric for HP)
-Soak(changes opponent type to water)
-Thunderbolt(Soak combo/Water coverage)
-Volt Switch(switch to Rotom or a stronger Pokemon depending on conditions)

Pokemon 3
lvl 100: Gardevoir: Psychic, Fairy
Role
: Gardevoir is a very effective Pokemon when used against any Fairy/Psychic teams or Pokemon, It uses the move Synchronoise, which causes major damage to either of these types. Gardevoir also contains the moves Hypnosis(accuracy boost +10%) and Dream eater, when used in a successful combo this can be a dangerous strategy if the opponent is susceptible to sleep moves.
Nature: Calm
Item-Wide lens (Accuracy boost +10%)
Ability-Trace(Ability coverage)
Stats/Judge
Pretty good:HP-266
No good:Attack-171
Best:Defense-199
Very Good:Speed-212
No good:Special Defense-258
Decent:Special Attack-279
Moves
-Hypnosis(accuracy +10%, causes Sleep)
-Dream Eater(heals self while dealing major damage to a sleeping Pokemon)
-Synchronoise(Only Psychic/Fairy types take massive damage)
-Moonblast(may lower target's special attack)

OR

Pokemon 3
lvl 100: Greninja: Dark, Water
Role
: Greninja is a powerful Pokemon in speed, attack, and special attack. It can use powerful water type moves, most of the time it goes first. Because of its defense stat, it can be a bit of a glass cannon, unless it is able to KO a Pokemon so it can become Ash-Geninja. Ash-Greninja gains a STAB on Water Shuriken. It's power and its speed can pretty much cancel the need for a high defense. Ice beam can also freeze the opponent and deal damage to grass Pokemon.
Nature: Hasty
Ability: Battle bond
Item: Mystic Water
Stats/Judge
Pretty good:HP-274
Best:Attack-258
Pretty good-Defense-143
Best:Speed-377
Pretty good-Special Defense-167
Best:Special Attack-274
Moves
-Water Shuriken(up to 5x attacks, +20% power, Powered up if battle bond is activated)
-Ice beam(target may freeze)
-Extrasensory(target may Flinch)
-Hydro Pump(+20% power)

Pokemon 4
lvl 100: Primarina: Water, Fairy
Role
: Primarina Is built to take hits, and dish out heavy damage to opponent Pokemon, making it the most Powerful Pokemon on my team in terms of actual move power. Torrent can increase the power of my water type moves when health is lower than 30% and Primarium-Z is by far one of the most effective Z moves available. Moonblast makes this Pokemon even more effective by being super effective to dragons and being a strong move in general.
Nature: Impish
Item- Primarium-Z (Z move)
Ability- Torrent(when below 1/3 health, increases water moves power by 50%
Stats/Judge
Decent:HP-282
Hyper trained:Attack-218
Hyper trained:Defense-224
Hyper trained:Speed-191
Decent:Special Defense-265
Hyper Trained:Special Attack-270
Moves
-Moonblast(may lower target Special Attack)
-Energy Ball(may lower target Special Defense)
-Hydro Pump(when below 1/3 HP, does +50% Power)
-Sparkling Aria(when below 1/3 HP, does +50% Power)
--Z-move: Oceanic Operetta

Pokemon 5
lvl:100 Rotom-Heat form: Electric, Fire
Role
: This Pokemon works well when used in combination with Toxapex and Lanturn. This Pokemon can work with Lanturn using a pivot combination with Lanturn to create ground immunity, and does quite a bit of damage to Pokemon with Status problems like Burn, Poison, sleep, etc. It's ability allows it to work around ground Pokemon effectively and cause havoc with Hex. Its fire moves work against Grass types and counter my water Pokemon's weaknesses.
Nature: Gentle
Item- Charcoal(Increases fire damage by 20%) (open to item suggestion)
Ability- Levitate(ground immunity)
Stats/Judge
Pretty good:HP-255
Pretty good:Attack-156
Pretty good:Defense-237
Pretty good:Speed-222
Best:Special Defense-302
Pretty good:Special Attack-260
Moves
-Thunderbolt(may cause paralysis)
-Overheat(harshly lowers user special attack, +20% Power)
-Will-o-Wisp(causes burn)
-Hex(double damage if opponent has status condition)

Pokemon 6
lvl 100: Persian(Alolan):Dark
Role
: Persian can be super effective as it uses foul play, Foul play, along with Thunder makes this Pokemon a glass cannon, Effective and fast. This Pokemon is quite vulnerable to fighting type moves, but losing this Pokemon is not the worst thing that could happen to the team. Technician increases the power of fury swipes and Fake out along with the power gained from the Muscle band makes this Pokemon quite hard to defeat.
Nature: Timid
Item: Muscle band(increases Power of physical moves by 10%)
Ability: Technician(Increases moves with less than 60 power by 50%)
Stats/Judge
pretty good:HP-261
Pretty good:Attack-182
Decent:Defense-163
Pretty good:Speed-299
Pretty good:Special Defense-157
Decent-Special Attack:180
Moves
-Fake out(may cause flinch, +10% Power, +50%power)
-Roar(switch opponent Pokemon)
-Foul Play(deals damage based on opponent attack power(Physical move, though not sure if muscle band affects this move))
-Fury Swipes(+10%Power, +50% Power)

I'm sorry but this team just isn't very good. You have 4 water types, which makes you very weak to electric and grass (you also have a big weakness to ground). I can't read the moves on your Lanturn because that yellow is impossible to read, the items are really mediocre to bad for competitive use (poison barb, mystic water, muscle band and charcoal are all really bad to be honest with you), and almost all the movesets are unviable. Sorry, but this team would have to be completely reworked to be good. Also, you should typically post EVs rather than total stats

1) Try to get the biggest judge rating on every useful stat for your pokemon
2) Just reset every EV with the appropriate berries

Tox : Toxapex is a very strong pokemon atm because he is extremely bulky, and can recover any missing HP easily with the combination of regenerator + recover. But this pokemon is NOT tailored to be a sweeper, despite merciless inflicting crits on every poisoned target. Merciless is too situational, won't work against steel and poison types unless you run Salazzle, besides, Toxapex's offensive stats are mediocre. You should stick with a standard bulky set on him.

Lanturn : Ion Deluge is a really bad attack, Normal is one of the worst, if not the worse offensive type ever, meaning that you will almost never convert any normal move in an electric type move with this. Soak is also pretty bad, although it might seem like a good idea, cancelling out the opponent's STABs and allowing you to hit super-effectively with the entire moveset, the problem is that it's slow as f because you need a whole turn to set it up and it will only increase your damage output against one pokemon, provided that the said pokemon won't switch out. Besides, Lanturn isn't exactly a very offensive pokemon with such a bad SpA stat.

Greninja : Nothing more to say except that mystic water is bad item, choice specs are good on him, Z-moves are also pretty useful.

Primarina : Although Oceanic Operetta is a powerful water-type move, Primarina is better when paired with an assault vest to increase her special bulk to abnormal levels, and drop sparkling aria because it's a bad move without Z power. Also drop Impish nature (?) for Modest.

Rotom : leftovers is a better item, paired with pain split instead of hex (no point if you don't get the STAB), gentle nature is useless on him

Persian : Fury Swipes is a bad move because it's too random and isn't even accurate for such a low damage move, muscle band isn't a competitive item, plus I don't see the point of Timid nature for a physical set, Jolly is the better one here.

Gardevoir : Wide Lens is very very bad, +10% accuracy on hypnosis is a pity, Dream Eater is useless if you miss Hypnosis and only work against one pokemon in the whole team because of sleep clause (you are not allowed to put more than one pokemon to sleep at the same time in the opponent's team)

There is also a huge problem with the team composition, many of your pokemons share weaknesses than are not covered by any other pokemon, note that air balloon isn't a reliable answer to ground attacks because it can easily be broken.

I still don't get the usefulness of choice items, as they only allow you to use one move unless you switch out, and the only reason i don't have an assault vest is the fact that is costs quite a bit of BP. Also, at the tournament I mainly did well, got wrecked by an unexpected Quagsire and got wrecked by a baton pass strategy, and got wrecked by a spore/punch strat that was extremely op, I did manage to defeat a team, but was reliant on greninja's speed.

First, why you do not use the PS sets? You just have to click import/export and copy.

Right now, as a comment has said here; this team is really bad; sorry but it has to be done. again starting from 0.

You have 4 waters and a gardevoir without choice scarf... Unviable sets and not a really good build.

You run timid toxapex I do not why... Just for make better the sets:

Choice scarf gardevoir > Hypnosys gardevoir

Primarina specs> z move

Toxapex psysically deffensive> The set you have right now (I can not give you right now, use the one in smogon)

Rotom-heat and lanturn are not useful in OU, for rotom heat use the bulky one on smogon and for lanturn put lefties, idk.

Choice items allow to either more easily revenge kill the opponent with a Choice Scarf (by gaining extra speed in which case you only need to use one move) or gain extra wallbreaking power with a Choice Band or Choice Specs that powers past certain checks or simply whittle away the opponents' health. Being locked into one move isn't as bad as you think it is because everyone is always switching out anyways and making strategic choices, similar to chess. Obviously some pokes can't utilize a choice item as well as others, but Gardevoir can be a decent Scarfer and Primarina is pretty good with Specs.
