Not A Bug ELO decay timing

What is the bug?
So today on this account (NeveringStar) i played two games, and i won both of them. (against PTLT508 Dugtrio and Grandmaster778) however, i haven't played on the account for weeks, and there wasn't any elo decay. The two games got me to 1580 elo. However, when clicking on my username and going to my stats, it displays only 1558 elo. I've reloaded the page and closed and opened the tab again, but it hasn't changed. My guess is that i played and finished two games before the server calculated my elo decay, and applied the decay after i won the games.

You can check my history of the games played or something if you have access ig. I uploaded and shared the replay of both games.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Probably by playing another game, but i'm too scared to lose elo. I guess there's just 30 phantom elo floating around.
 
Hecate is this plausible? These are the server's times for those two battles (the only two battles this user played)

I'm not sure if we moved the ELO decay time - we publicly state it's 9 AM GMT+0.

EDIT: Hecate responded; this is not a bug; we calculate delay more precisely in this way:
1) when it’s accessed via the ladder page (only applies to users in the top 500) or 2) when their rating is actively updated, the loginserver calculates how much they should have lost by that point and edits their elo as part of the “won or lost the match” update

So basically, what happened is because you had not played in quite a while before the ladder games today, the decay was not directly calculated because you aren't in the top 500, but it was not observed until after the battle had completed. It's likely that when you searched for the 2nd game, the decay calculation hadn't caught up yet, so it incorrectly displayed you as having higher rank than you actually did in the 2nd battle.
