Done ELO DIFFERENCE LIMIT FOR FINDING BATTLES

2000 Elo players getting paired against players of 1600's and 1500's is absolutely ridiculous, I have had a discussion with some players, including a very popular ladder player Storm Zone , we would like to suggest a proper Elo Difference while finding games, should be limited to max +- 200.
Rest is upto the relevant people to decide, but this is absolutely insane that players getting paired with +- 400 Elo difference.

This exists. We do, however, loosen the limit on the ELO difference requirement the longer it takes to find a match (so that's mostly only relevant on dead ladders, after a few minutes of searching.)

I face the same issue while searching on ladder as well, so I can relate to your concern.

What I usually do is cancel the search button and press it again if the search has gone on for some time (1-2 minutes) to refrain from being paired with a user bearing much lower ELO. This method usually works for me.
