What type of bug are you reporting? Mechanics

What is the bug?
Emergency Exit has many bugs related to activation timing.
  • It should be able to activate in between hazards.
  • It should only be able to activate at certain points in end-turn resolution order
  • It should activate after an opponent with Rocky Helmet is forced out via Dragon Tail

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
