This is my first UU team, so don't be too harsh, please. My main problem was my huge Rock weakness. I fixed that, but now I have a Ground weakness.

@Wide Lens
Flash Fire
Timid
4 HP/252SpAtk/252Speed
Hypnosis
Nasty Plot
Fire Blast
Energy Ball

Ninetales is my lead, and one of my special sweepers. After putting something to sleep, he gets a free Nasty Plot unless they have Sleep Talk or get a first-turn wake. Fire Blast>Flamethrower because I have Wide Lens, and Energy Ball is for Water and Rock types.

@Choice Scarf
Limber
Jolly
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Speed
Close Combat
Blaze Kick
Stone Edge/Rock Slide
EQ

Hitmonlee is my main physical attacker. With 120 base Attack, his attacks do a lot of damage, and a Choice Scarf makes him faster than any non-Scarfed UU Pokemon except Electrode. CC is STAB, Stone Edge/Rock Slide is for Flyers, EQ is for the Nidos, and Blaze Kick is filler.

dpmba471.png
@Choice Specs
Snow Cloak
Modest
252 HP/252 SpAtk/4 Speed
Ice Beam
Shadow Ball
HP Fighting
Sleep Talk

Special Sweeper and Sleep absorber. 4 Speed for Speed ties. Ghost and Fighting hit neutral on everyting, Ice Beam is STAB an coverage, and Sleep Talk is filler.

dpmba452.png
@ Scope Lens
Sniper
Jolly
40 HP/252 Atk/216 Sp
Swords Dance
EQ
Cross Poison
Night Slash

Drapion, my other physical sweeper, uses the deadly combination of Swords Dance, a Scope Lens, and the Sniper ability. Swords Dance increases my Attack, Night Slash and Cross Poison are STAB and have a high crit ratio, while EQ is filler.

dpmba139.png
@ Leftovers
Swift Swim
Bold
252 HP/252 Def/6 SpDef
Stealth Rock
Spikes
Surf
Ice Beam

Physical wall, Spiker, and Swellow counter. Omastar can easily survive non-SE physical attacks, set up entry hazards, and attack physical threats to my team.

@ Leftovers
Levitate
Bold
252 HP/136 Def/120 SpAtk
Calm Mind
Earth Power/Psychic
Ice Beam/Psychic
Rapid Spin

Claydol is a mixed wall and Rapid Spinner. He seems biased toward Defence, but after I get some CMs up, my Special Defence is high as well. The attacks are to take advantage of the Calm Minds.

Honestly, your enormous rock weakness is your problem. 5 out of 6 pokemon being weak to rock is just ridiculous with the advent of Stealth Rock. There really isn't much anyone can help you with seeing as a great portion of your team has to be replaced. Cloyster and Glaceon don't seem to really be doing much so I suggest you try to replace them with someting else. Even then, you have 3 rock weaks so you should probably a rapid spinner or just remove a third pokemon. Neither me nor anyone else is going to make you a team of 6 pokemon so I suggest you try looking at the Smogon UU Pokedex for other options. Leafeon, Rotom, Drapion, and Lanturn all make great choices that could potentially fit this similar style of gameplay that it looks like you're trying to create.

Okay, I'm thinking Leafeon>Shuckle, Claydol>Cloyster, and maybe Drapion>Altaria. I would replace Glaceon, but it has the highest Special Attack out of any UU by far, so I'm not sure what could take his place.

If you're going to replace those pokemon, tell us what movesets you're thinking of, or what they're going to do in your team. It's not as simple as this-replacing-that.

One thing you can think about is getting a good rock or steel type into your team, as currently nothing can really take a Brave Bird from Swellow. (Shuckle and Glaceon are a stretch as your best bets right now, if they aren't replaced)

Try changing your team on your post first as was said by travisurfer, and then we can come back with more suggestions.

Honestly, Hitmontop outclasses Hitmonlee in the Life Orb department. With Technician, Mach Punch increases in damage, and Fake Out becomes extremely useful. You'll lose power on Close Combat, but it's irrelevant considering the gains you get with FO and MP. If you still want to use Lee, consider Choice Scarf, which increases his mediocre speed and allows Lee to further abuse it's excellent 120 base attack.

Consider Swift Swim over Shell Armor on Omastar, rain is common and crit hax shouldn't hurt you that much anyway.

Fire Fang isn't particularly useful in UU, it has nearly no coverage. You could use a support move like Knock Off or Whirlwind, or maybe Cross Poison for more STAB.

You have 3 ground weaks with one immunity and 2 water weaks with no resist. Meganium would fix both these problems, but there isn't a good place to put it here. I would suggest Omastar, defensive Omastar is rather questionable and Claydol can go SR>CM, but this will leave you with a Swellow weakness. It's your choice.
