FOR THE LOLZ:
Just got a 4 Pokemon sweep with Swampert!

Swampert @ Leftovers
Torrent
Relaxed
240 Hp, 216 Def, 52 SDef
Earthquake
Ice Beam
Stealth Rock
Roar

This is my lead and Phazer numero uno. I usually go out, set up rocks, Phaze/get out. On occasion I'll catch a napping Tyranitar that wants to take me out with a nice Earthquake. Not many leads actually want to put up with Swampert, I've come to find, so the rocks usually come free. It also puts a fear in the hearts of some, and they hesitate on bringing out Garchomp.

Forretress @ Leftovers
Sturdy
Impish
252 Hp, 252 Def, 4 SDef
Spikes
Toxic Spikes
Rapid Spin
Payback

Oh yeah! This thing can setup like no other. after Swampert gets out rocks, this thing can come in on most of its (Swampert's) counters, and just start laying out the Spikes. I try to keep this thing alive as long as possible, especially if the opponent has Stealth Rock or Spikes somewhere. The only part I'm not sure on is Payback. Maybe ditch it for Rest?

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Intimidate
Impish
248 Hp, 252 Def, 8 SDef
Waterfall
Roar
Rest
Sleep Talk

Bye-Bye Dragonite, you will be missed. This thing is so much better! With RetTalk it has AMAZING longevity. Intimidate was what really sold me though. It cuts the attack of anything, which just adds to the stall and forces even more switches! I am aware that it can learn Dragon Tail, and that many people prefer it over Roar, but I like Roar. It may not do any damage, but Roar can go through subs! The things role? Beastly Phazer.

Chansey @ Eviolite
Natural Cure
Bold
252 Hp, 252 Def, 4 SDef
Aromatherapy
Toxic
Softboiled
Protect

Bringing back the new and improved Chansey! Serves as a special, or anything really, wall. Eviolite makes its defenses better than Blissey's, and using Softboiled over Wish lets it heal up quickly. This is a must, because it doesn't have leftovers. Aromatherapy is a great help to the team. Statuses on things are not good for stall teams, come to find out, and with the two RestTalkers, it can come in extra handy!
imgres

Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Pressure
Bold/Careful (can't remember)
248 Hp, 252 Def, 8 SDef
Shadow Ball
HP Fire
Rest
Sleep Talk

Since they made the Rotoms non-ghost this generation, I needed a new spin blocker. Enter Spiritomb! This guy can take a large number of hits, and once again, with RestTalk, can last a very very long time. I chose HP Fire over WoW, because I wanted a second attacking move for Sleep Talk. Shadow Ball is a given though. This thing bends Reuniclus over and just pounds away with its Lol Stick. Also, it has no weknesses. I can switch in on anything!

imgres

Tyranitar @ Choice Scarf
Sand Strream
Jolly
4 Hp, 252 Atk, 252 Spe
Super Power
Crunch
Stone Edge
Pursuit

Testing out Hydreigon to replace this, as it packs a much larger punch and is fast with scarf. The main selling point on T-Tar for me is Pursuit, and that just doesn't seem to be able to justify it over the dragon, so we shall see. In the meantime, it's a solid insurance for the team.

THREATS
Blissey - Sometimes, I just cant find the means to take this thing down. With either Tyranitar or Hydreigon, I should be able to handle it though.

Cloyster - If I don't get out Tyranitar or Hydreigon on the first Shell Smash, this could really hurt my team! Thank God for Stealth Rock though.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Torrent
Relaxed
240 Hp, 216 Def, 52 SDef

Stealth Rock
Roar

Not many leads actually want to put up with Swampert, I've come to find, so the rocks usually come free. It also puts a fear in the hearts of some, and they hesitate on bringing out Garchomp.
Nothing to say except that I hope it works well for you. I have no experience with Swampert, so I wouldn't know.

Forretress @ Leftovers
Sturdy
Bold
252 Hp, 252 Def, 4 SDef
Spikes
Toxic Spikes
Rapid Spin
Payback

Oh yeah! This thing can setup like no other. after Swampert gets out rocks, this thing can come in on most of its (Swampert's) counters, and just start laying out the Spikes. I try to keep this thing alive as long as possible, especially if the opponent has Stealth Rock or Spikes somewhere. The only part I'm not sure on is Payback. Maybe ditch it for Rest?
Payback is actually your best option. You should definetly look into Impish or Relaxed, seeing how Bold weakens his Payback and you carry no Special moves.

imgres

Dragonite @ Leftovers
Multi-Scale
Careful
252 Hp, 140 Def, 116 SDef
Roost
Substitute
Dragon Tail
Fire Punch

Meet Phazer number 2! I had mixed feelings about this thing until I put it into play. It's really freaking good. It can take hits all day long, while still being able to do good damage with Dragon Claw. Substitute can help it keep Phazing very well, and Roost.... Does what Roost Does, heals. One monster of a stall pokemon. Gets Forretress' stuff spread around very well. Also, a lot of people are scared to even bring in their Garchomp on this... Whatever..
Changed Dragon Claw to Fire Punch, since Ferrothorn is a common switch-in.
I've seen this work very well, so it's nice to see you using it. If it doesn't work out, Rough'Chomp and Gyarados with Rest/Sleep Talk/Dragon Tail/Roar is a very good option.

Chansey @ Eviol Stone
Natural Cure
Bold
252 Hp, 252 SDef, 4 Def
Seismic Toss
Wish
Protect
Toxic

Beast, wall, best NFE ever, whatever you wanna call it. Personally, I nicknamed it "Hate?" on the game. This is actually my least used Poke. It's their just in case I need a special wall. I guess it could also pass off a wish to something like Forry too... Eh, doesn't help out the team all that much, just gives it assurance. Replace toxic with Aromatherapy?
Testing out Blissey and Uxie as replacements.
If it rarely supports your team, and it's your least used, AND Stall Teams need a spinblocker, may I suggest...
356.gif
@ Evolution Stone

Careful - 248 HP / 96 Def / 164 SpD
~Will-O-Wisp
~Pain Split
~Seismic Toss
~Toxic
A Stall team with no Spinblocker? Oh my!
A wonderful new toy that Gamefreak brought back with an added boost. With a 248 / 96 / 164 spread, Dusclops+Evo-Stone is sporting wonderful 283 / 480 / 505 defenses. Paired with Will-O-Wisp, Dusklops can take hard hits on both side of the spectrum, while crippling sweepers and opposing walls with Toxic. Pain Split allows you to rob away loads of HP from the opponent because of Dusclops' below average-ish HP, while Seismic Toss prevents you from becoming simple Taunt bait. As a spinblocker, you could also opt for a 248 / 164 / 96 spread to take even harder hits from Donphan, Excadrill, and Forretress. Hehehe...Forretress thinks he can hit you with Payback? BAH! I think not. Of course, there's always the fun of burning them while taking more hits on the special side.

Blaziken @ Life Orb
Speed Boost
Adamant
4 Hp, 252 Atk, 252 Spe
Hi Jump Kick
Blaze Kick
Stone Edge
Potect

Another Pokemon I was skeptical about. Proved me wrong once again. Anywho, I went the Protect route with this one, because it's very frail, and I'm not worried about getting the extra attack boost. I thought all stall and no sweeper could end up bad, so I added this thing in. It does a great job of cleaning up, or coming in in the midst of stalling for a KO or two.
While you do have great coverage, I would strongly suggest making Blaziken Naughty or Rash, and replacing Blaze Kick with Fire Blast. The extra 4 EVs would also be nice in SpA instead of HP. Anyways, the reason being is that most of the things that take hard hits from fire are strong on the physical side (Skarmory, Ferrothorn, Scizor, Forretress) and can ruin your sweep and your gain of momentum. Besides Protect still allows you to maintain the Speed, while Hi Jump Kick and Stone Edge get the likes of Blissey/Chansey, Terakion, Tyranitar, Excadrill, etc.

Starmie @ Choice Specs
Natural Cure
Timid
4 Hp, 252 SAtk, 252 Spe
Surf
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Psychic

Had to have something to cover for Blaziken. This does the job. Starmie has become one of my most reliable Pokemon. It gets in, kills and gets out... Or sweeps 4-5 Pokes in a row (yeah, It's done that). Seems to cover each of Blazikens weaknesses. Also, adds to the Garchomp scare factor... That thing just hates my team. I may switch Trick for something. It really hasn't done much good, and I have so many counters for Chansey/Blissey, that it isn't significant in that aspect anymore.
Changed Trick to Psychic. Also testing out Expert Belt.
Ah, Starmie. If you're going to run Psychic, you would be better off running Life Orb or Expert Belt to avoid being forced out by T-Tar, Ferrothorn, Skarmory, Scrafty, Metagross, Hydreigon, and Jirachi. Other than that, good job! :D

While I have never worked with stall (well, the occasional Sand-Stall), I can tell that your team is well built and has good type synergy to maintain survivabilty and momentum. As many people know, I emphasize on the idea of keeping your momentum so that you can keep the upper hand to win the game. Well, good luck! Questions? Comments? Concerns?

Ah! A gift! Just copy and past these into your spots. Credit to aragornbird, and check his site, http://www.arkeis.com/animatedsprites.html for help in the future.

Edit:Oh...it seems I've been ninjd'.

Swampert is just an absolute beast all around. I love it! Dragonite works perfectly. Ill definitely get forretress changed to impish. The dusclops is very tempting indeed... I was thinking earlier of putting in politoed as a special defender to help completely wreck sandstorm teams, but i think ill have to go with dusclops. Also, by the time blaziken comes out, i normally will have weakened the opponents team enough that even the ferrothorns and such cant take a blaze kick. Usually it comes in and picks off 3-4 pokes. I have switched over starmie to extra belt now. Thank you for the critique!

As for the guy above toast tyrant, sandstorm is actually made for this version of a stall team.

giving my 24 hour bump.
banning of blaziken made me VERY angry........
SO...everyone welcome back Infernape to OU!
also, testing out a neat Politoed for the special wall spot I can't seem to fill

Bump! Added new pokemon to the team. Working out one more attack on Spiritomb and testing out Hydreigon over Tyranitar. After that, perfection? Tell me what you think.
