Pending Epileptic mode+Reduce flashing lights in some sprites in that mode

I just saw the Rotom sprite(2d obviously) AND OH MY ARKOOS ITS SO FLASHY can we have some epileptic mode and some sprites will be changed if theyre flashy but it should be released when the sprites are done
