ahhhh I can't wait for this game. It looks really good, and I absolutely loved EUIII and it's expansions. Are there any diehard EU fans out there? What do you expect from the new game? Who do you plan on playing as?
One thing I hope they have is an increased reason to play some of the later empires, like Revolutionary France or the United States. Many of the nations surrounding the U.S. were weak (granted the U.S. was too) and France would have been more fun with a longer time period. I always liked long games anyways, although I'll admit I only ever made it to the end date from the beginning once.
I'm sure there will be plenty of bugs though, so I may actually wait a month for them to get sorted out. Depends on how bad they are and how I can resist~
